Thank you for making my sons birthday such an amazing experience. Everything exceeded my expectations, the decor, the food, our waitress. Claremont every member of your staff, front of house and kitchen staff are all stars!!! Not only did the kids have a ball, but us moms could relax and not worry about the kids playing;because the childminder was amazing in taking care of our kids. Even though there were so many kids, she gave them individual attention. Thank you. Im really so impressed by your service and affordability. Well done!!!

Today is my birthday and it was really made special by visiting our favorite place after such a long time. The service was excellent..No waiting to seated and served... I loved the atmosphere, despite the time period we find ourselves in.. Tapiwe, who kindly greeted and seated us was so friendly. The food was great and my daughter loved the play area. I will definitely keep going back.

Fredy and Lilian went the extra mile for us last night dealing with our moody child that wanted breakfast in the evening or nothing else. Even though we said it's okay he won't get anything they were on a mission to twist the bosses arm and make his request a reality. When he(my son) got what he wanted the smile on his face was priceless. I want to thank Panarotti's Claremont for the amazing atmosphere they always provide and having such friendly and caring staff. The pizza is without a doubt amazing!!! You need to try the marshmallow cream with your waffle!!!!! Delicious!!! Listen after your first glass of that sweet sangria that birthday song just hits differently. You sitting there hoping it’s someone’s birthday in the club I mean in Panarottis 🍕🍷 🧇

Super friendly staff, dining in is a great option for families with kids. Call and collect we had some amazing pizza with parmesan and chillis in the bag.

We were served by manager Freddy after a mishap with a previous food order. This time around everything was perfect from the food to the incredible service from Freddy and the vibrant, yet great atmosphere in the restaurant. I want to thank Freddy he is a manager beyond at this Claremont Branch of Panarottis.

What an amazing space… especially for kids. They offer vegan substitutes for all types of pizza. This is the first pizza restaurant to do so

Honestly I really am shocked that there are so many reviews of bad experiences at this branch. I have so far only experienced excellence with all our visits. My 5yr old daughter absolutely loves it there and the food and service has been top notch. Perhaps it's because the same waiter always serves us bit either way the rest of the staff have gone beyond the extra mile for us. I noticed many people who are regulars and also new faces and everyone seemed quite happy. This particular branch seems to focus on the kids and handle them very well. It really feels good when you come in tlfor your second visit and the staff remember your name and also what you've had off the menu on your previous visit. Once we were there since 5 the afternoon and my daughter had such fun that we left after closing time. So far I only have good reviews for this branch. Me having been a bartender at a 5star establishment should perhaps give you an idea of what my expectations are.

I have to say it was my 1st time at your branch and was treated to the breakfast pizza by my daughter on my birthday yesterday and had a very pleasant experience and she even told our waiter that it was my birthday and i was treated to and fed a complimentary ice cream all in all a great start to me birthday thanks panarottis claront

Second on the list still waiting to be seated. Have been waiting for over an hour.ppl came in before us and got seated because they forgot about us instead of looking at the list!!!!! What's the use of a list??? If they seat ppl that came in after you before you!!! So disappointed!! #disgustingservice

Sitting in Claremont Panarottis.. been here an hour.. one slice pizza.. request our wiater to please find out as the other waiters doensnt even bother to walk down our ile..still no pizza as im typing this review..!!! This was the last..!!!!

Had my daughter's 5th birthday party there today and between the kids and their parents we filled about a third of the restaurant. John, the manager, and Godfrey, the waiter, were both beyond awesome. Godfrey managed to have 14 kids make their own pizzas and once cooked he managed to remember exactly which pizza had to go to which kid...WOW! - John I know you asked me to load the pics but I can't find anywhere on the page to upload it. Keep up the great work guys, my family will definitely be there again soon!

We had a such a memorable and enjoyable evening! My daughter chose Panarottis for her birthday meal as we had never been before. Pizzas were delicious, vibe was amazing, friendly service and they sang as well, we will DEFINITELY be back Thanks for a fab evening!!!

The worst experience ever waited more than an hour for my pizza complete chaos... Cold pizza which was even worst really putting the panarottis name to shame!!

Had a great experience at the Claremont branch. The lady who looked after the kids in the kiddies area is amazing! Definitely an asset to the branch, have not experience someone attending to the kids in such a dedicated way before. Food was good and so was the service! Well done Panarotti's Claremont, you will definitely see my my family and I again.

This branch has terrible service. The waiters started cleaning the whole restaurant while custermers were still eating. For example pushing over tables on its side to clean the floors and moving around the tables, this happened to all the tables that weren't being used next to everyone. The staff were also sitting at the tables chatting while everyone was still there. Service was really bad. I don't really expect much from panarotis but this experience was shocking. The restaurant was extremely dirty and the waitres had to wipe the table after we sat down because it had dirt all over. I will definitely not be going back to any panarotis branches ever and I recommend no one does. This all happened at around 8:00pm to 9:00pm. They have dropped their standards hugely.

We were happy with the food. Pizzas were not stingy when it comes to toppings They gave a good deal. I would go again. The staff was professional as well.

Phoned ahead my order and arrive at the restaurant 5 minutes after they told me it will be ready. There is literally no other customers, yet they haven't started with my order? Terrible.<br/><br/>The quality has significantly dropped since the last time I've been here. Ended up not finishing the food as I started to get sick. So oily and the scrambled eggs looks like a wreck by a 5 year old attempting to cook.

Great branch with pretty decent fare!! We always order takeout from this branch too. They're pretty consistent and service is good as well. The pizzas are a firm favourite in our household and with good reason.

Ok, so to start off, i hardly ever do this as i have been in the hospitality industry for quite some time and i know how it feels. I walked in to the resturant to collect my order and not one employee greeted me( at least 7 were present) and i could see that the lady behind the reception desk was busy, so i waited, i continued to wait for at least another ten minutes while the staff were chatting to one another, arguing about how many tables they had served for the evening and generally not paying any attention to the fact that there was a customer waiting to get their order.<br/><br/>Eventually i had enough and walked up to the desk after they had finished telling stories to one another to ask if my order was ready - turns out it had been waiting there since i had arrived. This is the result of staff/management not following up on orders that are ready for collection, never mind the fact that the food was now no longer "piping hot" as it says on the box. <br/><br/>I just would like to suggest to management that although this branch is under new management, that is not an excuse ( heard that being used over the phone while i was waiting as well) for poor service. Please don't read this with negativity, read this and try your utmost to work on raising the bar and providing quality service.

Attended a kids party here on Saturday with the wife and kids. From what I can remember the place has had a revamp since I was last there.<br/><br/>The food was good, pizza was quite nice and milkshakes good. <br/><br/>What really impressed me was the level of service, especially the service from the waiter tasked with handling the party (not sure what his name is). I haven't seen this level of service in an establishment in a long time.

I live nearby so I'm a regular here. I went here for breakfast this morning with a friend of mine and we were served by one of the best waiters I've ever experienced in my life - Leonard (with a gold tooth), I really hope he gets props for this. Panarotti's food lives up to what you would expect from the kind of restaurant that it is and its breakfast special is really value for money.<br/><br/>I would recommend this place for families and students looking for an affordable place to eat.

What an incredibly underwhelming pizza. Bases are paper thin and the carnivorous pizza tastes like it was dunked in salt, had one slice of it and trashed it. Why would anyone make such a salty pizza, whyyyyyy?????

Not a big fan of pizzas. Especially not theirs. There are a couple of local pizza places that will give you more toppings and are slightly cheaper. Their pizzas are not very tasty for me, so for me it is not value for money. However, my kids love the play area and they want to go there all the time.

I've never really been a pizza fan because i don't eat cheese and thats the basis for a pizza right? Panarottis nake a great sweet & sour chicken pizza and of course i order it without the cheese. Really delicious. My wife ordered the californian with chicken instead of bacon and my son created his own margarita. The food arrived quickly and was pipping hot. Good service, fun play area. Would definitely return.

Had panarottis all you can eat special tonight. Wow I'm all carbed out! Definitely worth it though. We had so many diff types that I can't quite remember all the names but favorites would be the chicken supreme and the Hawaiian. Great service, very friendly and for only R70 per a person it's definitely value for money.

Wow I am inpress with Mr Deliver for bringing my pizza from panoritties tonight I only had orders it a few minutes ago and it came fast and still nice and hot. The chicken mayo pizza is very well cooked and the mayo of the pizza is delicious I am very impressed with Mr Delivery tonight.

I had never been to this branch before and what a terrible night to go... we waited nearly 30mins for our drinks, waiter shouted at us from across the table instead of walking around. It was a busy night and I understand that things can take a little long on busy night, but my pasta and my wifes pasta arrived 45mins after our 6 other guests had finished their food. My pasta was raw and sent back, never to return to the table! The manager removed the 2 pastas off our bill which I appreciated. Our friends pizzas where delicious especially the rib and steak pizza. I believe in second chances, so will give them another try, hopefully it was just an off night!

I use to come here a lot, but time have not been nice to me. I have been to Claremont Panarottis on the 18th September 2015. I was pleasantly surprised that they have not changed at all and that their Pizza's was still as delicious, moist and as full as it used to be.Panarotti's have spoilt Pizza's for me in the sense that I now judge all pizzas according to Panarotti's pizzas. I know I should not, but I just cannot enjoy other pizzas. I invariably have a problem with them. Either the dow is too thick, or there is not enough filling or that it is too dry. I do not have a problem with Panaroti's at all. The service were exceptional even though they were a bit busy, The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and even knew about items that was not on the menu, like the seafood, this used to be on the menu but it was not at the night in question. The waiter knew all about it and helped me out on having the time of my life, normally Panarotti's would be a bit quiet for this time of the month, but they were not. Must be the good pizza. :-)The have credit/debit card facilities. You can order out. They have a delivery system. No smoking section anymore. Toilet facilities on the premises Kiddies corner on the premises Kiddies menu available Revamp will be on the 13 October 2015 till about the 2nd of November 2015 Bigger and definitely better.

Just had a plain margarita to finish off the night with so it is difficult to judge. The pizza was good though, just nothing out of the ordinary. Quite pricey (R77) for the margarita with extra cheese (standard size!!). If you have the craving for something greasy the next time, rather go wood fired!

A visit to Panarotti's is always a treat. Staff is friendly and willing to interact with diners with regards to menu choices and specials. Pizza was great as always and love the fact that the chilli and garlic comes as a side. Nice dine out option for pizza.

I went for the Thursday night a you can eat pizza special. Been to panarottis once before for this special at Kenilworth and I quite enjoyed it but I will never go to claremont again. The gentleman making the bookings was extremely rude and dismissive. I understand Thursday is a busy night but after waiting almost an hour for a table, he gave our table away to two guys that were clearly his friends and when my boyfriend tried to interject at that point; he simply waved him away and said he would be right back but never returned until a small shaky table, that was more like a death trap, became available. I say that because my chair was literally on the edge of a step with nowhere else to move. He then seated us at the dirty table which I had to ask twice to be cleaned. The only thing that made me smile was our waiter TJ. He was simply amazing at salvaging what was left of a dire situation. As we walked out, I stopped at the pay point for a breath mint to which the rude man man who holds all that power in a list of names simply retorted with his back turned to me "no sweets, sorry!". I don't believe that for a second and there are nicer ways to speak to people. Unfortunate experience. Won't return to claremont.

I sometimes find myself craving a pizza with a slightly thicker crust and go hunting for a take-away style pizza nearby. I happened upon this one when I drove past it one night and gave it a try. <br/><br/>Honestly, if you are looking for this kind of pizza, Panarottis is probably the best of the lot. They have great prices and specials, the restaurant is really nice and they aren't stingy with toppings. I also like the fact that you get garlic, chilli and Parmesan with your pizza. The service was great too.
