We enjoyed excellent service from the staff at Rooibos Limited in Clanwilliam. We were there in peak flower season and the staff were attentive and efficient despite the volumes of people. We watched the informative video, enjoyed our tea tasting and then browsed and bought gifts. The manager was always visible and available to chat to customers and help staff if needed. Well done to everyone at Rooibos Limited!
The was an insightful experience with a 15 minute presentation and some ice tea tasting! I was astounded by the amount of products variations. The prices are extremely reasonable and the staff are friendly
They offer a video of the manufacturing process which is about 10 mins long and have almost a museum of different Rooibos tea packaging. There is also a shop with everything from Rooibos tea bags to Rooibos infused beauty products and healthy snack bars. The chocolate and fudge was sadly sold out.
The prices here are much better than in the shops or at the Rooibos Tea House.
