Review Nando's - Century City

Canal Walk Century City. Love the vibe of the food court. This branches meals are always delicious. Sometimes they are very busy and you will have to wait for long for your food but that’s just how it is. Another negative is that seating is sometimes a problem as it is communal seating.

When we arrived at Nandoes there was quite a line and only one cashier who seemed very slow. The food was generally good. The salad however was mostly lettuce than anything else. The wait for the food wasnt too bad considering the amount of people. I tired their new Grandilla slush. It was really good just avoid to drink it very fast as it give brain freeze. They had a good family special with a full chicken and 4 sides for R219.

It's was lunch time in the week so service was a bit slow. The food quality was really good.

Few minutes ago I received a call from the manager of Nandos Canal Walk. That alone is enough when they acknowledge what happened and promise to do better. Thank you. One of the worst Nando's I have been to. They got the sauce wrong on the corn, I went back to tell them. All they did was to add lemon and herb ontop of the other hot sauce that was there. I am disappointed!!! I don't see myself going back again!

Just want to share the staff was very friendly. The cashier helped me out of his way to solve my problem. He was very nice and gentle.

Consistently good food. There is usually a waiting time for food, and you have to listen for your order number, which usually means there are quite a few people standing around. That system is old and outdated, should be replaced by the buzzer/pager system

The service has gotten better in the last months. But the food is good.

I ordered a full chicken cut in 4 yesterday ,my chicken came cut in 8 and one breast was missing!!! It's unacceptable, I got ripped off for the second time! Disgusting!!!

Nandos is best at a seat in, takeaway Nandos is never the same. The chicken is always less saucy and dry. I bought 2x R30 specials as I was early in the mall and they still had available. Got back to the office and yes I was right. Best to have it eat in. The wait wasn’t long though.

Always quick and easy when I go to this branch. They have only messed up my order once in about a million times of going there. Always fresh food and service with a smile. Will keep supporting this branch for sure.

This place is always full as it's right near the entrance to the food court. The food quality here is on par with the other branches. But I must say, I think Nando's prices have increased considerably over the years. My go-to is a wrap and side of fries or strips and spicy rice.<br/>

The best nandos peri peri potatoe wedges are served here. They have a soft inside with a crispy outside and the perfect amount of spice. The nandos chicken is smothered in sauce.<br/><br/>The only issue is that the queue area becomes a bit cramped and the wait can be long.

The "private-school" portioned chicken we've come to expect that (and I'm not a big eater) left me still hungry after my meal with dismal service to match. How do you serve food to customers that plan to eat there without plates (or anything remotely close), cutlery, condiments or even serviettes. <br/><br/>To prove how useless this branch is, I ordered a 1/4 chicken, hot with extra sauce with wedges. I received a 1/4 chicken, mild with no sauce and chips.

Always enjoy the nando's takeaways, same meal, lemon & herb chicken with extra peri-peri sauce, potato wedges and salad...simply what I needed....an easy enjoyable meal...

Would have given nandos a higher rating but I literally only had two pieces of halloumi in my spicy rice :( other than that though the meal was good. Sashen enjoyed his half chicken as well.

Funny enough I never go to Nando's for their chicken I only go because of their warm roll and butter. It's not a Portuguese roll by far but it's still a damn good roll. The whole chicken is way overpriced. It packs a lovely flavor punch (even the mild) and the stores are always wonderfully decorated and feels super premium. I just wished I had enough money not to think twice about paying that much for chicken. I do recommend their burgers though, it's as reasonably priced as it's going to get and with the wedges on the side with their salt chili mix it's a wonderful treat. Pity you can't order the rolls as a side !! I tried they said no which isn't ayoba.

I've always been a fan of nandos because the taste is good but damn the portion sizes aren't worth the prices these days. The service was fast thankfully and the food was warm and tasty.

We grabbed a quick bite from Nandos. My boyfriends usual wrap order came out relatively quickly considering how busy it was. It was the usual Nandos standard, healthy and flavourful. The Peri spinach was tasty and I tried the new Paprika flavour which had a delicious spicy zing to it.

One of my favourite branches, I don't know why but their flavours just seem a bit spicier which I love. I had a chicken burger this time and I thoroughly enjoyed it also had a taste of the hot pot, didn't like the chicken used in it but really good flavours

One of the few branches that have that buzzer number thingy 😀 Quality of food is as good as most branches. Service isn't super friendly. Always busy as its situated at the beginning of the food court in Canal Walk Mall. Great if you want something good fast.

This particular nandos is always buzzing. I was greeted by a warm smile who promptly took my order. Bearing in mind that they were extremely busy i settled to the back expecting to wait a long time. Within 15min i got my order and there were no mistakes. Highly impressed. Nandos is always a good option when you cant decide what to eat

I am always greeted by a friendly face at Nandos in Canal Walk. The service is quick and the food is prepared exactly how I ordered it. I've witnessed how efficiently the management keeps things flowing so that you are not left waiting hungry! More importantly the food is always tasty and fresh:)

I recently bought a small chicken salad from there and found worms in it, Within 24 Hours I went to get a refund. I could not go on the same day as it was past 11:00 pm. and with obvious reasons I threw the salad in the bin. Any how when I approach the staff for a refund they have the nerve to say why did you not freeze the salad so we could see the worms. Horrible quality control and very rude staff. THEY WANT ME TO FREEZE WORMS TO GET A REFUND!!
