Have not as yet had any reason to negatively review. Good food, good portion sizes, accommodating of additions or eliminations with no issue nor mistake. On point service, friendly waitrons & relaxed atmosphere. The lady expeditor they have is amazing! I will get her name next time. She runs the kit

Primi always offers consistency in their food and service, it's my go-to eatery in canal walk. I love the cocktails and my favorite order is the zucchini fries and the recco pasta. It's in the mall so it does tend to get noisy especially in the outside seating but this is to be expected.
