The food is delicious and the service is great but unfortunately sit in is not ideal unless you are very warmly dressed because the restaurant is very cold inside apparently as said by the manager it's the air vents causing the cold. So that's the only thing I didn't enjoy because even the food got cold very quick but I enjoyed my food.

Ordered via the app for a drive-thru pick-up, planned my arrival so that I could just pick up and go, only to be told that I need to go into the store and then had to wait an additional 20 minutes to collect my food. Ps ... the food was great

No complaints. Food was tasty and service was on point. Somehow the food tastes nicer in the restaurant rather then takeaway. I went for lunch two days in a row because...yum

In my opinion the best Namdos in the country. I have very complicated special requests on my meals and they staff get it right most of the time. If they don't they gladly make it right. Shout out to Tsepho, Fortune, Tina and Sharon...

While the food is reasonably tasty, the menu is limited and lacks options that attract me. The portions seem to have shrunk quite a bit, to where one finds yourself questioning the value. Having said this, the food was well prepared and satisfied my hunger. Don't choose this of you are in a hurry.

Spicy wedges and a quarter chicken were ordered for take away , when we got home we realised that threw wedges were not spiced up<br/><br/>We always go there expecting better quality Nandos that we know but we tend to get disappointed.

Their lemon & herb tastes like mild. My toddler and I can never eat it. I just bought a full chicken now and TOLD them to make sure it's the right flavour. Guess what, it tastes like mild again! It's time I changed over to another Nandos. ☹

This Nandos is just ok, the food is fine, the service is slow. It's just fine hey, really can't say much about this establishment other to say it's just ok, nothing breath taking.

Have not had Nando's in a really long time and was pleasantly surprised! Tried a pita which was filled to the brim with chicken and veggies and so juicy. Also had rice and chicken strips. Just as delicious!! Would recommend the lemon and herb, much nicer than the Tangy Tomato. Would definitly try the Mozambique Paprika next time! Service at the drive thru was good and staff was friendly.

Finally got to try the new flavour at Nando's. Mozambican paprika is a great hit, I'm sure to order this flavour again. My boyfriend had the grande meal which comprises of a burger and 4 winglets and peri peri wedges. I had the avocado and red onion wrap, which they didn't skimp on the avo. My only critique is that there was only one cashier working at the till on a Friday night.

Great food, friendly staff, just not comfortable having beggars wait till you get to the next window to beg for food and money. Drive through is small and difficult to navigate.

Service here is excellent ,I was so pleased we literally paid,sat down and the food was brought to us in 5-8 mins,this was surprising because usually when ordering nandos  chicken livers I have to wait for quiet some time.The chicken was delicious and fresh ,the chicken livers were cooked perfect and Ill defnitely be going back because of the service:)

Crappiest branch ever. They just dont seem to give a crap about anyone or anythin. The manager is really not concerned about complaints. This branch only seems to care about getting a free salary. Not willing to work. This branch should rather close down. <br/><br/>What a kaak experience. People stay away from tjis branch

Haha Ramadhaan (fasting) is over so the reviews and exploring shall commence.. <br/><br/>Everybody loves them some good Nandos ❤️ and when they get your order right aaah it just makes it all worth it. A quarter chicken hot with some potato wedges gosh how it goes down, it was sooo good I actually ordered another (half a chicken in total haha don't judge me) my niece had a chicken burger and she also enjoyed it way too much :) <br/><br/>Nandos have their new designer drinks which are just amazing, I love their Vanilla Caipirinha and the Cherritini they're definitely something to try out. <br/><br/>This Nandos revamped their look and is quite comfortable compared to other Nandos..

Just poor, slow services. Close to me but will NEVER buy from this place. Waiting time for food order, eg 1/4 chicken. Is always 30min plus , if you lucky. Staff are not friendly.

I am writing this with the hope that the owner of Nandos at Mall @ reds reads this and can find out whats going on in his restaurant and that future customers do not have the same experience! Normally we do not go to the Nandos at mall @ reds even though we live in Amberfield, because the service is really bad, The last 3 times we were there we were waiting in the drive through for more than a half an hour and there was never more than 5 cars. Mainly because there is never anyone working at the collection window and if you are lucky enough that someone walks by in the first 5 minutes of you standing there then you MIGHT make it out of there within a half an hour! Needless to say, tonight we weren't in the mood to drive far for a better Nandos so we decides to just call and order ahead. After the 10th phone call I still couldn't get through so we decided to just go ahead and hope for the best. When we got there we were happy to see that we were the only car. We placed our order as usual. When we got to the collection counter, there was no one there as usual, when someone finally came past and asked for the slip, I noticed that instead of strips and rice it said strips and chips. As the person had already left the window and there was no one else close to the window I decided to just call to get someones attention, yet again the number just showed busy which is very strange since there is no one behind the counter where the phone is. When someone passed by I let them know that the order was noted down wrong. A little whiled later they re-appeared with our order and repeated the three things we ordered back to us (one of which was already established as the wrong order). As she was repeating it back to us I noticed the flavours for the chicken on the portions we asked for was also incorrect, I checked the labels on the orders and confirmed that out of the 3 things we ordered, they have managed to get all 3 things wrong. I tried to let the lady at the window know this but she had already left Again.. So I went inside. I explained that the order was wrong. They took the same chicken that was already wrong, put it back on the grill and just put a different flavour on top of the already wrong flavour, you would think that would take less than 15 minutes but unfortunately I was interrupting the whole of Nandos staff ( including the manager it seems) chatting time in the kitchen while yet another unsatisfied customer stand outside the collection window trying to get someones attention. Eventually they hand me back my order, and I asked the lady that seems to be the manager based on the different coloured shirt only, weather the phone number on the slip is still working as I have been trying for a whiled to get through and no one is on the phone as far as I can see, to which she replied she will have a look, someone must have forgotten it or something (not very concerned). I took my order back to the car assuming it must be correct because there is only so many ways you can screw it up, to my surprise I saw that the labels were exactly the same, I went back inside asking if they just used the same bags than before and that is why the labels is still wrong, but yet again there was no one behind the counter, eventually the guy working the grill came forward, I explained that my order is still incorrect to which he told me I was wrong and its different than before, I called over the lady that is supposed to be the manager and explained that the order is still incorrect. After the third explanation from the manager to the chef on what he is supposed to do, he took out yet again the same chicken as the previous two times and put different flavour on it, while this process was going on, the supposed to be manager and the supposed to be collection window and counter attendant stood laughing at the chef when he had to confirm the order one more time. At least they were having quite a laugh at the mess up because the new gentleman at the window trying to get the food he paid for sure didn't seem to be having such a great time. Finally, I got the food I ordered and paid for, congrats, it only took you four times to give three correct orders and not once was there an apology involved, only after I got all my food and asked for a number to deliver a complaint since they are clearly not planing to use their phone, was I told to take a business card and did I get a very insincere "sorry ma'am"
