Review Domino's Pizza - Centurion

Edit: I was contacted very swiftly after my initial review and compensated. A+ Service Great pizza, but... I would rather have silence than having your employees unenthusiastically mumbling "customer in the house, welcome to Domino's", it just makes it awkward for everyone... It was also very unpleasant having your cashier continuously shout at someone I'm assuming wasn't even a customer while I was trying to have a phone conversation. Consider hiring new staff please.

Sometimes kids have to be the judge - my 11 year old son rates this pizza takeaway "Best in Centurion" The place is vibing and kids have a viewing station to see how pizza's are made. Needless to say, we have been here numerous times...

Pizza. Greeaaat. Service. Decent. Bought the fuel special that came with a 1.5l Fanta only to get home and realize that the cooldrink was past its best before date. By 3 months. 🤷🏾‍♂️🤔

Most yummy Pizza - It's our family's Friday night favourite. Friendly, helpful staff. Shop well managed.

Went there a few times... always not enough toppings .. 2pieces of chicken on one pizza, the crust tastes great but with no toppings and the high price no, dont even try.

Thought we’d try something different from our usual pizza takeout. Although not busy just after 17:00, there was a positive energy and buzz amongst the staff. Service was prompt, friendly and with a personal touch. I like the integration of technology in terms of tracking. Top end Pizza’s a bit pricey, but the tasty experience is worth it.

Service was mediocre. Ordered two pizzas of which one had tikka sauce added and the other was a tikka pizza, the flavours were overwhelming and the sauce burned so much it was nearly impossible to eat. Will not support this branch again.

I placed an order for delivery. After waiting for more than an hour, I decided to go and pick up my order. I arrived to a chaotic scene. The staff were taking their time to attend to customers. Incorrect orders were being given out, staff weren't answering the phones. There were only two delivery guys, one had actually stopped delivering so he could stay in the shop and assist with all the chaos. My order had been sitting on the shelf for over an hour, so I demanded a new one. When I got my new order, it was incorrect. After waiting in store for almost 30 mins, I demanded a refund. This place is a joke, don't waste your money here.

Well when I heard Dominos was coming to town I was not 100% sure. I heard the hype about this American franchise and decided to go and try it out. Well I waited I noticed the pizza base is made Maize. Pizza is definitely great when hot but as soon as it cools down it looses it's take and the base becomes floury. Great pizza but make sure you eat it hot

I enjoy a good pizza, I love the texture of the pizza base. The veg and chicken tikka is not too great as it tasted rather pasty. The veg and other chicken pizzas are great. The service has improved on delivery.

The mobile app is supposed to be convenient but it was actually a drag. It took about 10mins to complete my order as it kept telling me "the store is closed" further more once i had completed my order the status function does not work well. It went from "preparing order" (first step) to "order ready" (last step) and skipped all the steps in between. <br/><br/> This was probably some of the worst pizza's iv ever had. <br/><br/>I could count the pieces of chicken on the pizza and to top it off the pizza was burnt. <br/><br/>The meaty pizza was slightly burnt and had very minimal amount of cheese on it. <br/><br/>The only nice thing about the pizza was the base. <br/><br/>If you are going to charge a premium for your pizza's at least make an effort to give value for money.

I have been to Domino's Pizza quite a few time. 9 out of 10 times it is great! This time it wasn't. I ordered pizza on their app. When I got there they didn't know what pizza I had ordered and kept on asking me for my receipt. Obviously I don't have one. We waited and waited and after my name had already disappeared from their collection screen I still did not have my pizza. After I asked they sort of ignored me and moved on to the next person. Eventually I asked again and only then did they go look for my pizzas. <br/>The regina pizza did not taste the same as it always does. <br/><br/>They need to open more Domino's Pizza branches in Centurion, because they cannot manage the traffic it currently gets.
