I like the sporty look. The burgers taste delicious with the sweet potato fries. I love the sweet pickles on the burger. The waitress was very helpful in explaining how the ordering works. Everyone had fun. And the birthday girl got a dessert for free. How awesome

Back in South Africa and couldn’t wait to go to Roco Mamas! What a meal! Call me boring, but I just love the Old Skool burger. The blend of flavors sets the palate on a collision course with burger Heaven! The wife had the pork ribs with BBQ sauce. The looks on her face said it all. If you haven’t been here, make it a point to come. Service was great and we will leave having had the best burger and ribs…for today! Don’t forget dessert - we had the Death by Chocolate.

Food was fresh, prepared well and generous, not shy with the fresh Chilli. Milkshakes were divine. Service was amazing. Server and manager were very sweet and understanding. Atmosphere was great, only thing missing was a few mist sprayers to cool the area down on a super hot day.

The meal was good. Service OK. I had the the smash burger. Chicken, bacon & mozzarella with shoestring fries. I'm not a fan of food served on a wooden board. Food spills off the edge and you end up eating soggy bits of paper that's intended to keep your food from touching the board. It doesn't work!

-: Great food, friendly staff and quick service.. BUT! I could not stand the noise from the kitchen! It was really frustrating that I had to lean over to hear the person sitting on the opposite side of the table. The waiter himself could barely hear what any of us were saying when we were ordering our food. [There are no visual images of the food you are ordering on the menu, which doesn't really make me happy.] Back to the food.. I love their burgers. BEST I'VE HAD SO FAR and this was my first time at RocoMamas. I ordered the [Rockstar burger]. Also add some bacon, I recommend this for the first dine in. I also ordered the [Roco Latte]. GREAT presentation! It tastes alright. Overall I would still go back for their food. I recommend you do too!

Clean, easy to access and well situated. Can park next to where you are sitting. There is disabled parking right outside the front door. Burgers, beers, wings, ribs, highly unhealthy (but 10/10) freak shakes... simple straight forward menu makes deciding easy. Waiting is around 3 - 10 mins depending on what you've ordered. The staff is super friendly. The kitchen staff is really on it. The quality of the food is something out of an advert. Looks in front of you as if it is ready for a photo shoot. I'd recommend this specific branch and Roco Mammas in general. Amazing style for a resturant. Added some photos of the food we had tonight.

This RocoMamas definitely cemented the brand as one of my favourite dine in restaurants. The food is always amazing, and our server was truly a delight. I would highly recommend getting the (Hot) Buffulo Wings with Ranch.

Enjoyed the fuss free environment. 1. Super clean and covid protocols are adhered too. 2. Friendly staff 3. No long waiting periods for orders (which is a bonus especially when you are extremely hungry)

This is the best RocoMamas in town. The service is superb, and burgers are amazing. We go to this one because they remember us and always strive for perfection. They make great recommendations. Try them out, and you will not be disappointed. The smoked mayo is on smash!

Basically the same as all the other fast food establishments that operate under this franchise. The service was fast and efficient. The establishment was clean. Extremely wide choice of Hamburgers and side dishes.

Was a bit on the hungry side and Rocomammas was close by. Place was not too busy or empty, and I couldn’t understand the waiting for service. Eventually got served and placed our order. We had the double cheesy smash burger and chips. Finished off with a double espresso. Food and coffee were good, but the slow service needs some attention.

Great burgers and great service! What more could you ask for? They also cater well for people who have allergies. They happily ensured my burger has no bun or wheat in it. I'll definitely be back.

Food quality was fine for Rocomamas even though there was a piece of chicken with the veggie burger (management handled it well), service was poor, waiting staff was very inattentive, had to flag them down often but they still managed to bump into the table/chair everytime walking past. Not going back anytime soon.

WORST Rocomamas there is. I’ve ordered takeaways in the past and time and time again there is either something missing from our order completely or there is a mistake with the order. <br/><br/>Today, I ordered a takeaway through UberEats again, and my order was completely WRONG. <br/>I ordered a bacon, cheese and guacamole burger. Chicken patty. And asked for no red onion. I also ordered 6 feta bombs. <br/>What I received: Beef burger. No guacamole. Tons of red onion. Jalapeño Bombs. <br/><br/>SO DISAPPOINTED. Will never order here again.

I go gaga over their chilli cheese fries 🍟 😘 and jalapeno six bombs really are bomb!!!! . Addictive items! 💞 I don't mind eat daily @rocos. Lol 😂 😂

If you want the best chilli burger, this is the place to go. Great service, great atmosphere, this place rocks. Double thick milkshake are a standard, no need to order anything else.

Super decadent waffles and wonderful portion sizes. Friendly staff! The wait times were good. Definitely coming back. Had the half size waffle which is reasonable if you’re having a meal too.

Absolutely pathetic service. It took 40 minutes to prepare 2 burgers, and the worst part is the manager stood fighting with the staff to make the burgers. I'll never go back!!

I hear so much talk about this place,I just had to try it out.To my disappointment I could not believe how limited the Burger selection was.There are the extra burgers which do not appear on the menu,i think called "limited edition" burgers,but come on,all three had chilli and with a sensitive stomach you can't select one on there.<br/><br/>Entering the place, the staff are very friendly and very helpful.The lady helped me with my Burger selection as well. The place has a nice seating setup,but I can't remember hearing any music to add that extra vibe.<br/><br/>The Burger is a little small for price but was very tasty. I also enjoyed the chips and sticky wings,although the BBQ flavour didn't taste like the usual BBQ. Overall good service.

We all know Rocco's makes the best burgers in town. <br/><br/>We stopped here for some dessert as they have their waffles. We tried the Nutella waffles and boy was it good. Nutella with some ice cream and bananas wow. That combination of the hot waffles and cold ice cream and smooth Nutella omg this just goes down hey. <br/><br/>Ontop of that the people here are so friendly like our server came and made jokes and was just so friendly.<br/><br/>Really great place :)

Arriving at Rocomamas it was a full house luckily there was one table open for hubby & I. <br/>The place was buzzing and you should not pop by during "lunch time" hours if you want to opt for a more relaxing laid back vibe. <br/>The burgers was falvourful, the toppings fresh and the bun soft & fresh!!! Yumm!!! Hubby ate Cracker Jack & I had the Classic Cheese (down size-just enough) & we shared 8 x Buffalo flavour wings with ranch deresssing. Despite the fact that the wings came a few minutes later after our burgers it was really delicious!! <br/>The manager then actually came around & apologised & gave us discount on our bill. Thank you.<br/>We will definitly eat at Rocomamas Henops again.

We decided to pop-in and try this specific Rocomamas after a busy morning in the shops.<br/><br/>As we walked in the restaurant were bussing with ravenous customers, we were seated at the bar, and luckily very quickly there was a table available for us.<br/><br/>One thing, they are very speedy on the service, which we liked. We ordered the Classic Cheese burgers, one topped with extra bacon and jalapenos together with chili cheese fries on the side. I really appreciated the fact that we would order our Chili on the side.<br/><br/>All the ingredients are super fresh, well-seasoned and delicious.

As with other Rocomama stores that I've been to, its all promise and no delivery. There were only 3 tables yet the food took a while. When it did arrive, mine was cold. Not sure what's the point of delivering it on a skillet (chicken fajita) as most proper restaurants use that to retain heat. A cold skillet is just an attempt to look cool. What's the point of looking good if the food itself leaves you wanting? Rocomamas, please drop the window dressing and start delivering decent food!

I have eaten from this Rocomamas on 3 occasions, twice with take away and once in sit down. <br/><br/>Both my experiences on take away was terrible. The first time we didnt get our sauces and the second we didnt get an entire burger! Sauces is irritating, but you can do without, but when a person doesn't get their meal, the very inconvenient reality of driving back in the rain to get a burger that wasnt even made is beyond annoying. <br/><br/>Our sit down experience was decent, except for the fact that our tables were dirty when we sat down. <br/><br/>The ordering process of wings need ironing out. I would love to order 8 wings, half of them in the one basting and the other in another. So when I place this as 2 separate items, no initiative was taken to plate this differently, instead we get a table full of separate boards. <br/><br/>The six bombs are inconsistent as i order them every time as they came charred black on one occasion. This shouldn't have been served. <br/><br/>The half ribs - ie 5 bones is an ABSOLUTE RIPOFF at R120?! <br/><br/>Overall, the store relies on the good reputation on the brand and doesn't consistently live up to.

Had an enjoyable lunch with the team, many of whom were first timers. Will never forget the look on their faces when the food arrived. I love building my own burger and the result did not dissapoint. 🍔

This is excellence and distinction with burgers. The idea is good but also the execution gets kudos. And being a South African place makes it even better. Also, this specific branch is underrated. It's been the best one of all the Rocomamas I tried.

Great retro burger joint to visit. The black and orange looks good, striking and appealing. I love how you can 'tick' the food item you want directly on your menu. It's something a little different and makes the customers feel even more involved.<br/>The burgers are really delicious. Some might feel that the price are just to high especially since fries are not included buy its really worth the money. Quality meat, delicious sauce, perfectly spiced and just amazing to enjoy!<br/><br/>Even though they were busy we received quick and efficient service and our waiter was really friendly. Should you experience bad service you can record it in their service book which I think is actually a great idea to help with good service otherwise it will be in the book.

We've been to quite a few branches already, and it always is a good experience. Have to make special mention of our meal here last night though. I've heard about the special #electionburger promotion and wanted to try it out before the promotion ends. We never attempt to go out to very popular spots on Friday nights - especially on "payday weekend". We arrived and the place was buzzing, we were actually ready to turn around when a manager stopped us midway and quickly showed us to our table. (From the queue that formed straight after we arrived, I realised that our timing was perfect! LOL!) Despite it being very busy, the service was really great and efficient, and the burgers (we went especially for The Donald!) and the new loaded fries (as per our waitress' recommendation) was yummy. Well done guys!

So Rocomammas...good franchise where you get value for money. I have ordered take aways twice from Hennops franchise. The first time was a disappointment and waited over an hour for take aways! But that was when they just recently opened. So today I again ordered and the standard matched the other franchises and food was ready in good time. Definitely worth a visit.

I'm a big fan of Rocomamas, I've visited 4 branches already.The food is consistent and yummy. portions are good and the variety of food is amazing.I took my family who were 1st time Rocomama eaters. They were blown away. We went on a Sunday at lunch time, we had to wait a bit for a table but were given a very comfortable space.We ended up having quite a variety on the menu. I am sad not to see the Teriyaki wings anymore however the BBQ wings were just as good. I also enjoyed the election themed burgers- Hillary-ous

Hardly ever in centurion but I have noticed the abrupt staff turnover don't know if it's new management or what. Nevertheless service is still good and the food even better. Went for wings and shoes string fries, and my baby brother made his own burger the order did take some time but we were in no rush as we were waiting for some minor detailing to be finished on my car.

What a experience..!! The ribs were as great as the company. The waiters were all friendly and smiled bigger than their burgers. I highly recommend this to all - ESPECIALLY you meat lovers.

After all the hype about the burgers, my expectations were high. I went for take aways and I was impressed by the available selection of burgers. However, the burgers did not impress me. The main culprit may have been the guacamole, which had a synthetic taste that permeated the entire burger. May try once more with a variation without guacamole. Not as impressive as I thought it would be.

I love Rocomamas. They have such a great vibe and their burgers and shakes are amazing. Every time I say I'm going to try the ribs but end up having a burger in stead because they are that good

Good hamburgers traditional style. Very nice chips as well as their sauces. Breakfast a pitty tast like metal in the pans. I Tried to give advice will check in soon again

Rocomamas is one of my favourite franchises. I dig the american look and feel of this joint and the food is pretty good as well. <br/><br/>The layout of the venue is very open and relaxed, so it perfect for taking a few friends along for some good ol' bbq grill and beer. The menu has the usual South African faves, buffalo wings, ribs and burgers, but not done in the traditional way that we're used to (thankfully). <br/><br/>Lets compare this to something that we SA's are used to: Spur. The wings are cheaper at Roco's and although theyre served with either a Ranch or Blue cheese dip, they're honestly better without it. Its just that good. Next, the old favourite, ribs. Here the prices are pretty much on par, but the quality is waaaayyyy better. Lastly, the burger. Ive only had the smash burger at the Rivonia branch, but Jirrrrrrrr it was nice! This can start to get pricy when you add a bunch of extras to it, but its still cheaper people and the quality is better.<br/><br/>The branch at Lifestyle does not serve any liquor at the moment, but I'm sure that will change soon. They have a decent range of local craft beer and I pretty much always get a Bone Crusher when Im there.<br/><br/>Heres what Spur DOES gave over Roco's: a more relaxed setting for a family and the kids can run around and go crazy. I doubt whether Id go ti Roco's with my monsters. <br/><br/>But at the end of the day, I still prefer Roco's to any other grillhouse franchise.

Payday Lunch meal spent with colleagues, bigger than the Irene branch, the service is quick and efficient and should the staff make a mistake (we are human after all) they rectify it swiftly, the customer experience journal is also a plus!<br/>Try out the limited edition smash burgers showcased on the screen to diversify your taste buds if you're a frequent visitor.
