Its a nice place to go with the family, big kiddies play area. Food is amazing and the service is top notch. Friendly staff and very helpful

Great service and food with huge upstairs play areas for smaller kids. Staff are friendly and helpful and this is one of the best of the franchise and definitely worth a visit!

This is one of my favourite pizza places!!! They do a variety of vegetarian pizzas and other dishes! The kids have a great time in the play room area and there is a rest room in Panarottis so one doesnt need to worry about walking to far. The Panarottis is situated across the ice rink which can be a great family outing! During weekdays parking is free in the mall so that's an added bonus.

Great food every time from before we went plant based until now. We have tried other branches and these guys are leaps ahead of the game.

Nice for casual meal but most dishes were not available to order.

Yeah, What an Amazing Mall - Forrest Hill, is. Massive and Very enjoyable. Panarottis was, as always a Winner!🏆 Service and Waiter was Friendly. Not very busy. As the Mall itself never seem to be. Wonder why?... Food (Pizza 🍕) was really Great. Service was good enough so score 4/5 or 8/10. All and all a Great eating experience! Thanks Guys!

Sundays are best for us as 1 child per paying adult eats for free. Me and my boys are all here for that great tasting Panarottis wood oven baked pizza!!!

Following my previous review, I was contacted directly by the owner. He said that he is disappointed with my experience, as much as I am, and he wants to do everything in his power to ensure that future experiences of all customers here are better. I think that this is very promising. And from what I can tell, my two bad experiences seem to be far out of the ordinary, given the opinions of my friends and family. So based on how eagerly the owner interacts with customers to try to improve their experiences here and the opinions of my friends and family, I can recommend going here. Besides, their food has always been top notch (for good prices). Just hope you get the right waiter...

This is by far the best restaurant in Forrest Hill. The food is always of best quality, thw service is always quick and everybody always friendly. Yet should there be a problem the management team are always quick to respond to solve a problem. Thank you for good service and excellent food!!

We were seated by a trainee waiter in the area next to the kitchen. Said young man then proceeded to tell us that there were no specials (on a Tuesday). Our pizza's were served but we received no cutlery or plates. These took another ten minutes to arrive ( while the young man argued with one of the kitchen staff). We then asked for the bill and the young man chose to go and seat and serve another table first. I eventually asked the manager for the bill and paid at the door. Very bad service standards. We won't be going there again.

Manager accused our children of stealing. Nothing found on them and nothing on the footage shows them taking anything. They opened the Xbox controller because it wouldn't work and fiddled with the batteries. Thank you for spoiling a birthday celebration. Guilty even after proven innocent!

I was celebrating my birthday. Our waitress Noma was the best...she was sweet and very friendly. I liked the part when they sang for...that was realy a special moment. It was my first time at Panarotis as we do not have that restaurant in Dundee KZN where I come from. You guys are amazing ���

We were there tonight and it was amazing. The food and service was excellent. What made it more special was that it was my friends birthday and the Sunderland high school's netball team was there and they sang to her with the team of Panarottis. She was truly surprised. Thank you for everything.
