Love this little spot! Every year I treat myself to a solo lunch-date and cocktails here for my birthday! The food is really delicious and fresh, with innovative menu items that never miss. I will always recommend Salsa Mexican Restaurant! It's a great place to bring friends for a fun, vibrant time out.

A lovely Mexican restaurant. I had a virgin mojito and the nachos with chicken. Filling and delicious. The vibe is great and they are revamping their menu in November so be sure to check it out. Well worth the visit. You can sit inside or outside on the verandah.

I am always fascinated by Mexican food 🌮 🌯, and This place is dope (came here more than twice)—the drinks, the vibez, the food, everythin! If you happen to come here, make sure to order El Chapo's quesadillas. It's so good, I promise you! I'm addicted to it. Lol ❤️‍🔥 I have no doubt in giving them 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

#Fortheloveofmexican Salsa Centurion offered the most amazing and freshly prepared meals. I really enjoyed the food and service. However I really miss the vibe once had from pre-covid days. That being said Salsa is always a ritual for mexican. The pesto jalapeño sauce is a must try. 😋

Great place to go have a chillout session after work. Friday drinks kinda vibe... Service was a bit slow but that could be due to the fact that they were busy. The drinks were great, enjoyed my time here overall.

11 out of 10 for this amazing restaurant! This place is a whole vibe from start to finish! From the manager greeting us at the door, our amazing waiter Farai, right to the delicious cocktails and food! Our "quick stop" turned into 2 cocktails and a 3 course meal 🤣 This is the best Mexican food I've eaten yet! The flavors are BURSTING! The cocktails are extremely well balanced and the flavors come through so well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The quality outweighs the price! They do have specials however. This will also be a great stop just to get some cocktails!

We had dinner at Salsa for my birthday and what an incredible experience!!! It was my first time and I was not disappointed! I've been wanting to dine at Salsa for a long time and it completely exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was fantastic and the restaurant was packed, giving an extra festive vibe. Service was amazing and both the manager and Executive Chef checked in on us. Our waitress wad fantastic a gave some great recommendations. The food was beyond delicious - the best Mexican food I have ever had! There is a great variety and it almost seems impossible to choose because everything look delicious! Salsa has a great drinks menu too and we really enjoyed the cocktails!! Salsa Centurion is a must try restaurant - I can't wait to go back!!!! Follow @heloisetravels for more reviews and photos.

The food was lovely. The waiters and the manager were both very nice and present. Very disappointed in the super expensive cocktails that had more ice than drink. I actually removed the ice and showed the waiter.

I would have enjoyed the wrap if it was more balanced in flavour. It was okay.

The original burrito was recommended to me and it was delicious! I was told that it was spicy ;it wasn't, but that was okay. The problem was with my leftovers, though. The wrap had lost most of its integrity and tasted like raw dough in the end. Next time I'll just scoff the whole thing! Lol

This is a pretty cool place, really enjoyed the food and they deserved their 20 💯 tip. Definitely going to visit them more often

Excellent quality food, exceptional service, and great drinks. The only thing on the menu that doesn't taste great is the menu itself. I've tried almost every dish and haven't been disappointed yet. And their mixed cocktails and tequilas are top shelf. Even the kids can't wait for the virgin cocktails that can be made to order. Don't miss this, any day of the week.

Tasty Food. Great Experience and the Staff were very Friendly. It was our first time and our waiter explained everything to us. Awesome place to have a few drinks and to chill. This place serves great desserts as well. Really felt like we were in Mexico.

My niece came for a visit from the US and I had been raving about Salsa the whole week so finally we decided to go on Friday evening. Yes, we should have made a booking, but we were prepared to wait because it always seems like such a great place. A waiter quickly put us in the booking line and we received an SMS right away. Shortly after we were asked if he could serve us drinks while we waited. We ordered and he was off. We waited 30min just to find that the waiter forgot to put in the drinks order. By this time people that arrived after us was seated before us. My father spoke to the manager and she was extremely unhelpful and said we'd have to wait a few minutes to be seated, they have a big table waiting for us as we are 7 people. After about a 40min wait we were seated. A waiter came by to take another drinks order. And again forgot to put it in. We waited another 20min before someone got our food order, with waiters passing us on a regular basis and not thinking about asking. Eventually we were offered free tequila for all the inconvenience, which was nice. They played the celebratory song and did the whole sombrero-tequila thing with my niece which was really nice! She had a blast. Except by this time (approx 8.30ish - we arrived before 6) we were starving and still had no food. Once the manager was asked about it, she ran to the kitchen and fetched orders that were not even ours. So we waited about another 40mins before our food was served. The food was good and tasty and at least it was hot. I am extremely sad to say that I was deeply disappointed in the service and our experience was nothing to rave about. I just wish it had been a better experience for my niece. I will not head back soon with the high expectations as I had on Friday evening.

I've just changed a 5 star rating to 1 Star. I was there 2 weeks ago and could not find fault. I loved it so much that I decided to bring my friends there. We were 6! That was THE BIGGEST mistake. Ntando served us. We asked several times to turn the Soccer off as no-one was watching it and the sound was loud. We asked for music. We were told that Coca Cola requested the opening to be shown. I can understand that, but not the game, where most of the staff members were watching. 4 of us ordered starters but only 3 arrived. The 3 starters were finished when the 4th starter arrived, after we asked for it. When the mains came, one Lady ordered a quesadilla (senorita) I think, there was no guacamole on. A lady Manager Type took the Ladies knife and pointed out a pathetic excuse for guacamole. 2 Ladies ordered the special of half nachos with add Ons but were charged Full portion prices for half a portion. We called a Gentleman, who we were told is the Operations manager, who had such a bad attitude with regards to no music being played and refused to turn the Soccer off. Your Restaurant is not a Sports bar and to have the Soccer on for the benefit of staff members is unacceptable. Ntando was not Competent at all. He gave misleading information about the specials. I regret going tonight. And I'm Certain my other friends will not be going back!

The best mexican food, the most festive and joyous vibe, the greatest service. You cant go wrong! Definitely my favorite restaurant in Pretoria, by far! If I could give them 10 stars I would! The owners, Adolf and Victor, managers, JP, Theo and Ajanda, and waiters always make patrons feel welcome and taken care of. Do yourself a favour and come and experience authentic mexican hospitality.

We went on a Friday evening without a reservation and although they were very busy, we got seated within 10 minutes. The vibe is great. The service is on the slow side but we went out for my birthday and wasn't in a hurry. The food and drinks were great. Something really different to the normal offerings out there. We noted it's the first restaurant we have been to in a while where people are laughing and chatting rather than having dinner together while everyone at the table is busy with their cellphones. I will definitely recommend.
