Review Die Bosvelder Restaurant - Centurion

Heard about this place from friends and finally visited it. Service great and the food was wonderful. The snails is the best I've ever had. My husband got lamb trotters and he really enjoyed it. The nachos is huge and delicious

I stopped at the Bosvelder Pub and Restaurant this is always a highlight of my week when I get the chance to go dine out for a lunch break. Wow the T Bone steak special is something else add a pint of lager and you're very close to heaven on earth. When I was there a lot of preparations we're going on for the 2023 Rugby world cup starting just a couple of hours later. In spite of all the preparations the food was delicious and the beer was cold on a scorcher of a day the mushroom sauce that came with the steak was almost not necessary the meat was delicious on its own. Definitely a long time favourite of mine and one of the more well known restaurants in the Centurion area. I am sure they have the ability to even make toast taste extraordinary. The staff were friendly and efficient and they kept me fed and hydrated for the duration of the stay. Will definitely be watching more World cup games there during this RWC. You won't be disappointed unless it's a total anomaly or you're impatient. Enjoy dining there.

Had an amazing time watching the rugby last night! Even though it was packed our waiter was still able to be diligent with his service and the food and drinks arrived quickly. The food was great and the portions were huge. And the atmosphere was amazing! I definitely recommend this place and we will definitely be visiting again!

Rustic Pub & Grill on a large scale. I had lamb curry which tasted very good - pity about too many small bones. Beef short ribs were great. Good parking. Will go again

Very relaxed, good service, lovely meal. They went out of their way to make the lunch pleasurable for my mum who is not a big eater but wanted the chicken curry. So they dished up half the portion, and bagged the other half for us to take home. I had the bobotie which was delicious. Thank you.

Food has never been disappointing to us, the service does sometimes slack a bit. Went there on a ribs night, food and drinks took very long. We also went one night during the week just to grab a bite. As I say, food is good, but waiting 20min fro drinks was not so lekker.

Took my European work colleagues, from Poland, Portugal, Belgium, Greece and The Netherlands, and they all thought it was fantastic. Definitely one of the best venues to promote South African cuisine - they found the Tourist platter very interesting and tasty. Steaks were cooked to perfection! Compliments to the chef.

This place was amazing. After making a reservation at another place close by which customer service was horrible, we were left looking for a place to watch the finals and even though the bosvelder was packed they accommodated us amazing. The staff was so friendly, the food was amazing and the vibe was out of this world. Love this place will definitely be visiting again.

Was nou by bosvelder. Baie besig. Kelnerin by die deur vra of ons by die rokers of nie rokers area wil sit. Ek antwoord nie rokers area. Kom by die nie rokers area. Onbeskofde jong kelnerin vra sonder om te groet of ons bespreuk het. Ek groet haar en se nee sy se ons moet n oomblik wag. Sy kom trug en se daar is nie plek nie. Ay vra nie of ons na n ander area toe wil gaan nie ek draai toe om en loop na ontvangs en veeduidelik vir hulle wat aangaan. Hulle almal staar my aan. Ek verlaat die plek en gaan spandeer my geld by n ander eet plek. Ek is bly om te sien hulle kan klante weg wys Ek neem gereeld kliente vir besigheids etes na die hulle toe na vannaand stop dit sal in vervolg na n ander plek toe vat wat die besigheid wardeer. Ek hoop as die besigheid afneem gaan daardie kelner haar werk eerste verloor

Ons was gisteraand by die Touch of class show. Daar was n probleem met ons bespreking maar Aldo die bestuurder het dit dadelik hanteer.... Baie dankie daarvoor. Dit was ongelooflik besig maar die kelners en ander staf het dit wonderlik professioneel hanteer en hulle flou gehardloop om almal te help. Ons kos was weereens puik en ons het die aand baie geniet. Ek was bietjie onkant gevang deur n roker of 2 by die 'eet area' (so oor mens se kos) maar ek kon dit oorsien omdat die ventilasie goed was en die vensters oop. Ons lief Bosvelder restaurant in die algemeen. Dankie vir n awesome aand.

Ek is n Pensioenaris en kan dit net bekostig om 2 keer per jaar daar uit te eet. Die Bosvelder het my nog altyd baie goed behandel die kelnerin wat ons die laastew keer bedien het was vriendelik ook toe ek gaan bespreek het nog elke keer is ek met n glimlag daaruit. Hulle kos is absoluut fantasties veral die beestert potjie. Ek is verbaas om te hoor dat daar klagtes is. Ek verwys nog die heel jaar vriende na hulle toe. Ek wil gaan bespreek vir n kers ete en hoop daar sal vir my nog n gaaitjie wees. Hou so aan Bosvbelder julle is puik. Mev Z van den Berg

Was gisteraand by Bosvelder. Wat 'n vriendelik atmosfeer en die diens was baie goed. Die heerlikste fillet steak gehad in my lewe. Die enigste probleem was die bankies en stoele. Baie hard vir 'n bejaarde soos ek om te sit, maar die kos het opgemaak daarvoor. Baie dankie vir 'n lekker ete en julle sien ons een van die dae weer.

Have been visiting this venue for years now and they always served the best "skaap stertjies", until yesterday. I was served a portion of something that resembled "dassie stertjies" and refused the dish. This was however rectified by management after being brought under their attention. It still remains a good venue. Just make sure your dish is up to standard and don't just accept the portions are correct.

A stunning restaurant in Centurion. The food is always great, no matter what you order!! The service is excellent and the waiters are always friendly. The place is always packed on a Friday night, especially when Marcato band is on stage! We love the vibe and the atmosphere. Aldo is also a great manager. Always willing to squeeze us in if I forget to book early enough!! A highly recommended restaurant!

Was there today as the cricket was sold out. Got there to soon discover our waiter was incompetent (so we got another waitress which was better). Ordered 3 plates of starter chicken livers, all 3 hot, with not even one burning mildly. Got home and all our stomachs haven't stopped running since. Today was not a very pleasent expereince, with bad service and bad food. My two cents worth

Ons was gisteraand vir die eerste keer daar. Die kos was heerlik en ons het goeie waarde vir geld gekry. Die diens was ook baie goed gewees. Het dit baie geniet. Sal beslis weer daar gaan draai wanneer ons weer in die omgewing is.

Would like to give a special thanks to Ralf for his fantastic service!! Great food, great atmosphere and best value for money. I would be more than happy to recommend anyone and everyone to enjoy this experience. Keep up the good work guys!!

We were having dinner there last night. The waiter we had must be new as he was extremely slow and we waited hours for anything to drink. When asking him to explain a food dish or pudding to us, he was clueless!!! Worst of all they add waiters tip on the bill so you feel oblidged to pay it even if the service were pathetic. Bosvelder, you need to step up your game, you going to lose a lot of customers.

Bosverlder ROCKS!!!! Best wedding ever!!!!!!! Gisteraand troue gehou by Bosvelder pub en resturant.... en ek wil net sê WOW !!!!!!!! ALS was meer as perfect!!!! Even met die reelings vooraf - het ons al welkom gevoel en elke klein detail was voor gesorg!! Die staff het aan ALS gedink!!! Van die grootste ding - na die kleintste dingetjie!!! 'n BAIE BAIE groot dankie aan Winstone, Berni, André en Dylan, daai 4 mense het uit hulle pad gegaan om als perfek te doen en die hele aand het seep glad verloop!!!! Ek kan regtig hierdie venue vir enige iemand aanbeveel met lof!!!! Weereens BAIE BAIE dankie - julle was AMAZING!!!!!!!

We took friends for supper on Friday night and as usual the food and service were excellent, our waiters name was Steven and he knew the menu well enough to make a few recommendations. For great service one doesn’t mind paying an extra tip even though he insisted that it was already included in the bill. We will be back and so will the friends we took.

My in-laws took the family for a Pre-Birthday lunch that was absolutely fantastic. The only hick up was a struggle with my mom who is in a wheel chair & accessibility was a bit tricky. The staff was friendly and efficient & the food on time and tasty. I already referred friends go see for themselves. Keep up the good work everyone.
