Scrumpy Jack’s is such a lovely shop to visit or have a light meal. The coffee is amazing, wonderful atmosphere and great food. The setting is also lovely. There is an area where you can buy a number of delicious products. Cakes, honey products, home baked goods, honey etc. Like a stunning farm
I have previously read the advert that they have a world renonwed cheese cake, so at long last I decided to try it out. I was not disappointed. We had carrot cake as well and that was also a winner. Even the side plate of chips must be the best chips you will have in the valley.
Absolutely wonderful place to spend a morning at with shop full of goodies, Natal country happiness and great food, especially honey cheesecake. Nestled in the south eastern Drakensburg, with mountain scenery deluxe, abundant bird life and plenty of happy people make this place very inviting and wor

Go to Scrumpy Jacks and get "the best cheese cake in the valley"! The interior of the restaurant is nice and invites to a relaxed afternoon coffee. Service and staff are warm and friendly. The owners are lovely people. I ordered a cheese cake and a red cappuccino- both were delicious. A small gift
Great stop with a reminder sign that you missed the turnoff 😎 Quiche is excellent, beers are ice cold
Absolutely loved our time here at Scrumpy Jack, whilst visiting the Champagne valley area. The hosts are friendly and always up for a good chat, the staff are on point and always at your beg and call. We enjoyed their Steak, Egg and Chips – which was really done well and tasted awesome. They have a

Best cheesecake I've tasted. Worth a visit. I also found their spinach quiche fabulous. Highly recommended.
Nice unique place and coffee shop. Homemade food items and jams and sweets and sauces etc too. Worth visiting. Beautiful views.
A really fantastic little coffee shop. The cheesecake is fantastically creamy and the carrot cake is quite nice as well. The cafe has moved and the new venue is better designed than the old one. The service is extremely friendly and the shop has a nice assortment of wares. Give it a go!
Delicious cheese cake and carrot cake! They even had alternative milk for our cappuccinos. We also stocked up on honey products too. I'm so glad we stopped here.
Friendly staff, excellent service, great dessert
Great friendly service. Good cheap small meals and the world famous Honey cheesecake is a must. Visited the new location for Scrumpy Jack's, just up the road from where they previously were and was delighted to see an all new and improved location. We will visit this place every time we are in the

We’ve been going to Scrumpy Jack’s since 2008. My daughter rode a horse for the first time at the old venue. The new location is exquisite. There’s a lovely farmhouse feel with some elegant cosy elements. I love the attention to detail - even the sugar bowl, salt and pepper holders on the tables ha
