Review Mcdonald's Parklands - Cape Town

Probably the best McDonalds in the area, Ordered from this place plenty of times for dinner during load shedding, Never had an issue, also the staff is always friendly regardless of how buys they are, and even then I never really wait long, The teamwork from the staff is a big plus, security at the door are decent guys, food is always usually fresh and there never seems to be anything worth complaining about, what I appreciate is the consistency, McDonalds is not on the top of my list when it comes to take outs, Except this branch, I like this one, They pretty cool fellas

A small McDonald's in Parklands, we stopped and ran in as my son needed the loo, normally we use the drive-thru. I was honestly surprised, the place is modern, clean and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Thank you McDonald's for a great pit stop and my kids loved their kids meals

This is probably the best McDonald's branch in the area. The food is always consistently good and their drive-thru is very fast. They also have self-service kiosks inside which I really love.

Felicia and the team were kind enough to make me a bunless quarter pounder, making sure that I still got sauce and garnish. Definitely coeliac/ gluten-free friendly🙏

I had an excellent experience. 1. The "hostess" anticipated that we needed help placing the order at the self service 2.she further made extra effort in locating a big enough table for us. 3. Unfortunately i had a complain about our milkshakes but i loved how it was handled. Their facial expression, body language expressed willingness to help me. 4. I saw team work. All in all i experienced good customer service and i felt valued and important. Thank you

I have to say that this was the best McDonald's experience that I have ever had. The manager and staff were excellent and I great service. Will certainly make a turn again.
