We popped in on a whim without a booking. It was choc a block filled with patrons. They did their best to accommodate us. Our food was exceptionally good. Wonderfully presented, piping hot and absolutely scrumptious! Will definitely be back

The tramezzinis here are seriously tasty, and the vegetarian breakfast is just as good. The carrot cake - it's a total game changer. It's the right kind of sweet and so moist, it's hard to resist! The service is solid, but the place can get pretty busy and loud due to its small size.

All day breakfast means you never get up too late, or too hungover, for brunch. With a damn decent cup of coffee and a stunning view of Table Mountain, Liquorice & Lime has cemented its spot among the Top 40 breakfast joints in Cape Town. I went with the Eiffel Tower Breakfast on a whim. The French Toast, bacon, Camembert and fig preserve was pretty good. However, I kinda regret not getting the Eggs Benedict or a monstrous burger which I saw on a neighboring table. It looked incredible. The halumi wrap with a side salad was a fresh delight. Portions are generous, and I through my wife's wrap. All things considered, I will go back a few more times to work my way through the menu.

Yummy healthy food, and well presented. Breakfasts are priced fairly for the serving sizes and quality. Very nice view of the mountain from the window counter seats. On weekends you must book or else you could be standing outside on the pavement waiting for seating... but order a coffee and sit on the bench outside while you wait.

Popped in for a quick bite on the way back from a hike - was pleasantly surprised! Delicious Cajun chicken salad and good value for money. They are not licensed but grabbed a beer from the next door place and all was well! Good service too. Keep it up.

A morning treat or a weekend brunch with your favorite person .This gem is going to take you on a journey to many places with their exquisite dishes and might I just add they are not shy with their portion sizes. Oozes with Freshness and homemade cuisine . Friendly staff with the brightest and warmest welcome . Recipes and dishes prepared by owner @Dylan. Cakes baked fresh daily, you have to try the carrot cake. This quaint restaurant is going to blow your mind. Thank you Liquorice and Lime

Great service by Haley. Great view. Croissant with scrambled egg, avo, spinach & tomato chutney was excellent. Great coffee.

One of the best breakfast places in Cape Town cbd. The only reason I wouldnt want to give them too many praises is I'm worried I might not get a seat the next time I go if too many people find out about them. Phenomenal fresh pastries, great coffee and an amazing variety of breakfasts. They also do lunch food, although I've yet to partake.

We always enjoy eating here. The food is good and the business is very well managed by the owner. They also have a delivery menu which is popular and moderately priced.

Great food, really enjoy the eggs benedict which was served on a delicious potatoe rosti! Good, attentive service and stunning mountain views if you choose the correct spot. Lovely vibe.

Love this local eatery. Eggs Benedict for breakfast is the best, salads are great for lunch. My son loves the Indulgence breakfast.

Really sad I only discovered this place on my last day in the area. They have really amazing food with great views of Table Mountain, just off Kloof St. The area is safe to walk around and there's a MyCiTi bus stop nearby for easy access. I tried the french toast with the brie cheese - usually I don't like savoury breakfasts but this was so elegantly done, it was delicious. (Also tried the eggs Benedict -yum!) The atmosphere inside the cafe is really nice as well.
