This restaurant is like a family lounge, a Shouket, the owner, makes you feel welcome. The food is in great portions and very tasty and delicious. There's the main restaurant that can comfortably seat 50 persons in line with covid regulations and a side room that seats another 20. The venue is great to have small events like birthdays, weddings, live performances, etc. The food and dessert is on point

Absolutely enjoyed the food. Very delicious. The portion size is great. Service is warm, friendly, and punctual. The waiter was very knowledgeable abt the menu and could provide options. I would've given a 5 rating, but since dessert was limited we couldn't enjoy the dessert menu options. Maybe next time it would be better.

I have taken my family and friends here over the years and they always enjoyed the food. It is central too We have never been disappointed. The food is always delicious, great portion sizes and very reasonably priced. A very nice cafe style family restaurant. My favorite is the chicken and Mayo on Rye toast and the masala steak sandwich. My partner and I frequently visit.

Haven't been here in ages since moving from Athlone. Decided to pop in for a quick bite to eat with my dad for a catchup on Saturday and it felt just and welcoming as my very first time at this establishment. The owner and staff are ultra friendly, food and setting is great. What I like most is you always feel at home at this place. Like a little home away from home, only difference here is you have an amazing menu at your fingertips and the dishes equally devine and makes it hard to choose a favorite. I hope to see this business branch out to northern suburbs and Helderberg region. Regardless, I will continue to return and may this business grow from strength to strength.

Service was excellent, even during loadshedding. Food was excellent. The waiter went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied. Prices good compared to other restaurants with similar offerings in the area. Only issue during busy times is waiting a bit for parking.

Breakfast here was good and affordable. . . if you like to be treated to good breakfast. . . then I definitely recommend. The baby was walking up and down on the balcony and he enjoyed himself thoroughly. The staff were friendly amd even the owner remember me from the last I was there a year ago. . . so

The lounge is a great restaurants. The staff are friendly.. There is good seating area and there is a hooka lounge. The steaks were the best. My husband and I only order the steak, knife cuts through like butter. We enjoy the liveliness and the crowd. The owner himself is also very welcoming and friendly and hands on. There is a bit of a wait for the food but definitely worth it. The prices are reasonable.. it is unfortunate that the sushi bar has closed down. It was cheap and convenient for me. There isn't a kids play area. Keep up the good quality and service!

This is by far the best place for good service and food. My Family and I had a surprise supper for my mom's 50th birthday, the staff and owner was accommodating. We were allowed to put up balloons and flowers. The owners even came over to wish my mom. It was as if we had a gathering at home. The food was perfect. I highly recommend The lounge for their food, service and presentation. May your Restaurant prosper IA.

It was my 1st time, and it was the rite choice I took a coworker for lunch as we closed up for the holidays The menu was more than I expected, it made it difficult for me to choose We settled for the sirloin steak with all the trimmings that came with it..... Superb Being Muslim I could do the afternoon prayer in the beautiful prayer room adjoining the restaurant For us it was a perfect way to end the hard years work
