I like my local KFC. They're always nice and super quick. Sometimes when I ask for the sauce to be removed, they get a bit confused and don't. But overall 5hey get it right.

....since they opened there doors we have been patronizing them! Always found them to be clean and there service is always good! We have also witnessed there many transformations and renovations for the improvement of the establishment and there service to the public! Chicken is always fresh and tastii!......................Oct 2018...and yet again they are renovating the shop area only the Drive-Thru is open for business! And still only fresh-lii made chicken meals!.....Aug 2019....trying the New Hot & Crisp-ii Lunch Box Mmmmmm’ish good as ever!..,June 2920...Post Covid-19 Lockdown drive-thru Snack time and it cheap and delicious Bucket-4-One....Mmmmm
Food not always consistent, and they have made better crispier chicken before.
Your hot wings not the same no longer very bland compared to wen u started selling it the first time queen of your hot wing ambassador. Improve please the bucket 4 1 has the hot wing in it mmm.
Food always well made. No oily chicken or dry fries here. Staff can be a bit unfriendly and seen to not be too interested in customers sometimes. The drive through service is also very very slow, so I always do inside as it is not faster in the drive through. I must emphasise the consistency of the food is tops.

KFC App Lies, 1) app said order delivered, 30 minutes later I had to drive to the KFC to collect my food itself as it was just sitting in the warmer and order number was not even on the display anymore
Their food is generally good, but they tend to get orders wrong quite a few times, but mainly it's the kitchen staff as the order is placed correctly.
Their consistency on most items is usually good, but Zinger wings tend to be very inconsistent in the punch it packs, but I do like my Zinger wings spicy
