Good ordering experience with the Kiosk. Service can be a bit slow on delivery. Flavor profile and quality are not always consistent. Store level hygiene of the dine in area needs alot more work.
When busy, the wait times can be longer than expected.

They okay always getting fresh out the fryer meals, coming in hot,hot. Sometimes the wait is longer than expected especially on paid day. Overall they make the best dunk wings compared to most of KFC
First few times i went there after it opened was really bad service. But lately service has improved. The managers number is on the receipt they forgot to give me street wise 2 and when i whatsapped the manager she responded immediately even though she wasn't on duty. Lately also every time you go
Friendly and professional staff. Kfc was clean, food was served with a smile and the staff was willing, yet showed patience, when helping the customer before me who had two special needs children. That is rare seeing that I visited after 7pm
Drive-thru service was very efficient.
We requested a breakfast meal at 7.30 on a Sunday morning and we were the only customers.
Still had to wait 15mins for our food.
No apologies were offered.
No explanation was forthcoming.

Their hot wings are always good. Their drive through is a little tight when going in and coming out, plus Mc Donald's is rite next to them, traffic can be craze there at times. So if you willing to wait then I say go for it.
Food is better than the service and there is always people begging at the drive thru but other than that food makes up for everything.
We ordered some food and wasn't informed of the waiting time so the lady at the drive thru window informed us and even provide us with some cols cooldrinks.thank you for the awesome service today
