The newly revamped Pizzashack has much to offer in entertainment, as well as exquisite food. Their pizza's are to die for, sinfully delicious with its thin crispy crust, and fresh toppings. If you visiting the Mother city, make it a priority to visit, if you want to enjoy local hospitality at it best. And the cost of such entertainment, is unbelievably cheap. No hiked tourist prices, everyone pays the same, and every friendly face will remember your name.😊🍷

The food and service was excellent. We had the best Mexican platter ever. Love the new menu and flavours. Compliments to your chef. Friendly and efficient waitress. The musicians were awesome and we love the revamp of the restaurant. We will definitely be back. All in all it was a really enjoyable experience

The food is great Very well sized portions The chef was a bit in a hurry with our order cause the crumbled mushrooms were not cooked at all... except for the crumbled part. Music was fabulous Toilets are clean. Friendly staff... wonderful cocktails

The place has a sense of homely energy that proves to be most welcoming. The food is of a very high quality and hits the spot. Very affordable too. Music is Awesome too. Certainly good for ALL occasions.

I have visited this place a few times. It does get busy from a Friday night. You have to reserve tables as well. EFT facilities available. Basic menu, live music as well. The setting is more of a grown up 35 years and above. Over all good experience.

We celebrated our grandmothers 86th Birthday at the venue today. A very warm and cosy, child friendly place. We were a party of 32 guests and received excellent service. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, Each table setting had a pretty green flower arrangement which my grandmother adored. The food was delicious and well presented. A Special Thank you to Donny and Lameze for making this special day memorable. We will be visiting soon.

Pizza Shack is Back and it has a new look. I visited on a Sunday night and it was lovely. The place has new ownership and when you walk in you will notice the changes they've made to attract a newer crowd. Elegant natural decor that would satisfy romanticism and professionalism. They serve alcohol and the place has a grand bar which is the centrepiece in the Wood constructed building giving meaning behind the name Pizza Shack. Speaking of Pizza... One of the partners is a chef and runs the Kitchen operations. I had a pizza that was made by the man himself and I can tell you the Pizza was better than Col'cattios. The staff are friendly and helpul. Before I say anything else I have to comment on the vibe which was totally laid back. It's a venue in the heart of the Southern Suburbs that attracts a range of clientele. From young professionals to successful businessmen and women. The outside area caters for big groups fully fitted with heaters in the outside dining area. They are a kid friendly venue which means kids are allowed to accompany their parents. It's Wheelchair friendly. A dedicated parking attendant at the entrance watching your vehicle while you enjoy your stay. I offered him some cash and he denied me first time. All and all a lovely visit and I will be back on a Friday or Saturday night when the resident DJ Craig De Sousa takes the place and lifts it Higher. Please like my review if it has helped you.

I was there o. Saturday, 30th November 2019. The place is easy to go find if you are from Ottery, otherwise with no signage it could be a bit of a schlep. The occassion was a fundraiser for one of my friends. They have a front area which is absolutely delightful. The doors are the old ones, and the homely atmosphere is glorious. The service for the liquid refreshments and the pizzas were absolutely spot on. They are quiet, unobtrusive, efficient and professional. So, this was complemented by a quartet who played superb jazz music, I was extremely impressed with the place as a whole. The venue is absolutely top class and I will be back soon. Ladies and gentleman, get up from yjyr couches, get out of the house and visit this fantastic place.

Utopia is starting to become my new favourite hangout place.live bands, really good food and its such a good vibe.its hard to leave when u have to go home.

Very chilled atmosphere, great outdoors seating. Staff is friendly and attentive. Great place to party on the weekends. I'd suggest getting the ribs or any pizza.
