Also their Chinese food is very delicious. I in particular really loved the fried rice and hot and sour soup! 10/10

We had a wonderful first time experience here. We were left wondering why we had never been to the place, considering we have been living in Sea Point for years!
We had so much fresh avocado and fish that the two modest platters that we had ordered to share left us completely satisfied.
The owner even came out to ask us how we are enjoying our meal, something which is quite uncommon these days.

The name is "spot on", WONDERFUL🙌🙌. The food was outstanding, I has Seafood Soup which was delicious and so generous. The Crispy Beef was really tasty with the nice sweetie sauce. A slight disappointment with the dumpling, the taste was good, but, the dumplings were falling apart. Looking at the menu they have the most unbelievably priced Sushi platters, I mean "unbelievable". I will try that another day for sure. Overall, a WONDERFUL experience topped off by the personal visit by the Owner to check on our experience. Support this place, you won't go wrong.

The sushi was great tasting and fresh. Very good quality.<br/>I suggest you go here if you are looking to get your money's worth.<br/>Also if you love salmon roses the "lover platter" is a great choice. I had that and it was superb.<br/><br/>We didn't sit down and eat but ordered a takeaway and it was done really fast.<br/><br/>I would recommend this place for good sushi.

I have fond memories of Wonderful from way back when they were situated down the main road. I’ve always loved the family atmosphere, quick service and great value for your money. I am happy to say that not much has changed! Wonderful is a really sweet, little restaurant that delivers on fresh sushi and a nice break from some of the more over priced establishments in the area.

Popped in for a takeaway on our way home. Very helpful owner as we didn't really know what we wanted. There are so many choices! All I knew was that I wanted salmon and lots of it! Ordered the Lovers Platter with the sushi shaped in a heart ❤ Kitsch but cute 😄 Plenty of salmon here including salmon roses and salmon sashimi - super fresh and very tasty! And at only R169 for the platter, this deal is a real winner 🎉 They currently have no liquor license so BYO for now. Not sure what the vibe is like if you sit down but there are plenty of tables. Wonderful sushi indeed. Shared a "wonderful" platter between the two of us and it was just enough. Not bad for R170... Pity they charge R20 for a scan of coke, though.<br/>The sushi was fresh and tasty. Very good quality food that will definitely make this place my first choice when that sushi craving kicks.<br/>Decor is on par with most Chinese/Asian restaurants, but neat and clean.

Can I just say that this place was open a few years back on the corner close to the 7/11 on the Seapoint Main Rd (Opposite Clicks). It was our absolute favourite! We traveled from anywhere in CPT and refused to get sushi anywhere else! It closed down to our horror! It is now back a little closer to the PnP side, still in the main RD and we are oh so happy! Already paid our first visit. Still the same quality and still oh so cheap! Simply WONDERFUL! I hope many people try it out so they don't have to close down again!

Tucked away on Sea Point main road, this affordable little gem serves some of the freshest sushi on the strip. I particularly enjoyed the salmon roses, salmon sashimi and their crispy duck main. Fresh and tasty and really great value for money, which I think,is their best kept secret.

The experience is in the name! Really really Wonderful! We ordered the best chicken spring rolls I have ever had in my life! Chunks of chicken and slithers of cabage makes this a WOW spring roll. We then ordered some hot and sour soup which was also delectable! Then, our Wonderful Sushi order was placed. Sashimi, california rolls, salmom and avo maki, tempura prawns and dragon roll like sushi... All to die for! We will be back and I thank Zomato for this Newly Opened Hidden Gem! A must Visit!
