Beautiful restaurant, fast service. Got the Hot Pot which is my favourite dish at Nandos. The chicken and cabbage was a bit mushy (oily) but taste was still good. My suggestion, offer fork as well.

Great service. I would've preferred a better environment in a sense of seating and mood. There's nothing wrong with the current set up, but it feels somewhat bland. Tried something new on their menu. Perinaise burger and wrap. Quite delicious and filling too.

I don't think pointing out the good food about Nando's is going to be different from anyone else... but I hope mentioning the worn out furniture here in Sea Point is. The customer service is bomb though.

Great food and good service! Staff is very friendly and restaurant is clean! Normally stop here for a quick bite during my business trips - love the area and the brand! Plenty of off-street parking available, and it’s safe!

The branch was badly understaffed, however they honestly did their best to run the place and get everyone's food out on time. Owners should've been there helping them during the festive period or making sure they got extra staff. 4 employees ran that place and got orders out within 20 mins. Unfortunately they couldn't keep up with cleaning tables for sit down customers.

Our food was brought to us when the table was dirty. As soon as a table gets cleaned it needs to be wiped for the next people. Just awful service honestly. Even the cashier barely let us decide what sides we wanted.

If you are travelling to South Africa , You cant stay away from Nandos and Peri Peri , we ordered Hotpot with spicy rice and kids ordered Chicken Burger. Service was prompt and the taste was exceptional as always !!

First time at this restaurant in sea point. Food came quite fast, we ordered portions of food for 7 people. We arrived quite late, just before 9pm but were served well. Lemon and herb chicken was good, rice was abit burnt but edible and the salad was nice and crunchy. The only problem with this branch is that they only have 1 or 2 people serving the whole place when it comes to delivering your meal to your table. Had to ask for serviettes quite a few times as waiter kept forgetting. Overall good food.

Pretty looking Outlet with bad service. We ordered our meals and it arrived in good time however our order came in stages, I had to literally get up from my seat to ask when my garlic rolls was coming, after it arrived I waited for my Water and literally got it when I was nearly done eating. Through all that, the chicken was extremely flavorless, so much so that we asked to put more sauce on. Nandos chicken suppose to lay on the saucey plate, this was however dry and unappetizing. Doubt I’ll be going back here, I’ll stick to my Outlet that never disappoints in my area.

This newly opened branch (they moved a couple of blocks into an airy, renovated space) seems well organised and ready for action. Upon entry, they had 4,5/5 in my book: beautiful artwork on the walls, well lit and layed out interior, friendly greeting from ladies behind the order counter. A good start! We each order a Qtr Chick - one leg portion with hot sauce, one wing/breast piece with Med heat sauce. We find seats (really liked the furniture - a mix of similar, but different chair designs). Not too long after, our plates arrive - two wing portions, both with 'mild' flags on them. Ai jai jai! Although the food was good, these little oversights cost them in points. However, with an enjoyable evening, I'm certain we'll be back.

Havent been to a nando's in a while.. Simply because their prices and portions do not compliment each other.. Althought I had the most amazing exprience at this restaurant. The layout and decor is amazing. Loving the new look. The portions were reasonable but nothing to be amazed about. The food was fast and delicious as always as promised by Nando's

I was so pleasantly surprised by this Nandos! It looked like a hip, stylish Cape Town restaurant inside with really awesome decor. The food tasted great and the waiting time was little. I would definitely go again.

I absolutely love how they spiced up the new Nandos, with regards to a more trendy interior, bigger space and better vibe. Although it was overcrowded and loud, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal as they never fail to disappoint with regard to an almost always fussy order. The quality has definitely improved and the friendly service was very warming as well!

the service at this nando's is consistently bad, whenever my family goes for a Sunday drive and stop off by this nando's we always have a bad experience, the food itself doesn't make up for the bad service we receive.

Firstly...I used to work for Nando's a total of 9yrs, franchisee for 5 yrs and as an area manager in the UAE for 4yrs. Customer service is what makes people come back even if your food quality isn't. I was appalled by the service in the seapoint branch ! Where are the Nando's values ? Pride, Passion, Courage, Integrity & Family ???? Not greeted with a smile, asked for a pita bread to be toasted and the answer I got was "it's against policy to do this"... Well excuse me.. Where's going the extra mile in that ? The store inside was a tad dirty (it opened an hour ago). Guys, no offense, this is NOT the Nando's experience I used to give customers. Change your staff or management or train them better, you're giving an extremely negative image to the outside.

I heard the name of Nando's from many of my friends who have already visited SA. That is why it was on my checklist. They have multiple outlets in the city and the one i visited at sea point has a fair ambiance. I did not feel service was so great. The speed of moving the queue was really slow. In fact i had to wait quite a while even after reaching the counter. Similarly the food was served after quite a while after the order. The chicken was nice on the other hand, that is why even after so much delay we opted to order again after finishing our first order. Nando's is a must visit restaurant if your are in SA. May be other outlets don't have service issues.

I had an awful experience with ''bad service'' last night. My wife and I ordered our sit down meals, I ordered the new pulled chik pita with chips and my wife the 3 full chicken wings with chips. They were not busy and yet we still waited a while. Eventualy I as watching the kitchen and noticed they put a plate on the counter which was standing for at least 10 minutes which evidentally was my wifes chicken wings so naturally they were cold when brought!My wife sent them back. I then received my chips in a tiny bowl minus my pita? I asked where is my Pita and as told it's still coming. After 5 minutes of looking at my measly bowl of JUST CHIPS I got up ans asked for the manager but there didn't really seem to be a proper manager on duty. I was so fed up I asked for refund which I received. I will think twice about going back to this branch as the staff there need training badly.

The quality at this Nandos has plummeted in the last few months. The chicken in my wraps is always burnt and recently they've "forgotten" to put rolls with my take away orders. The restaurant is pretty much never 100% clean and the card machines haven't worked the last few times I've been - so bring your cash or cross the road into the dodgy Mexican bar to draw some.

This Nandos is touch and go. I regularly get food from this location, sometimes I am rather impressed, other times I feel like I wasted my money.

I love Nandos. It's really tasty. My favourites are the chicken pita with Peri wedges with Perinaise dip. I also enjoy a classic quarter chicken (mild) and the chicken strips with spicy rice.

I just love Nandos chicken in general .Service from the stuff is just indifferent. No one really cares to greet you with a smile or let alone greet you .one time I gave a tip and instead of saying ,thank you the waitress asked me what the money was for.

Sunday-9th Feb 2014:19H00. We love Nando's chicken burgers and very often support the Main Road Sea Point branch. We were lazy to wash dishes at home and decided we would have a meal in the restaurant area of the shop. A few tables were occupied, not very busy. We placed our order and paid. We were shocked to see how dirty the restaurant area was. Tables have not been cleared the floor was dirty. There was a lot of staff leaning on counters chatting to each other. We decide to rather take the order home (and wash the dishes!) This made me look at the rest of the kitchen while waiting for the order. I was shocked to see how dirty the outlet really is! I felt like cancelling my order. Do check under the counters. It is in any case my last visit to Sea Point's Nandos.
