Delicious food, service a bit on the slow side.... View, spectacular!! Lovely place if you don't mind the wait...
Stopped for a snack and drink. This place is off the beaten track, but so beautiful. The view is really special. We sat outside and just the view and atmosphere is worth the visit. Staff very friendly. Service was good
This is a good quiet lunch time spot. The restaurant is apart of an established lodge in Noordhoek and offers a wonderful view of the beach. The staff are really sweet and the pizza was flavorful. Sadly no gluten free options but there are plenty of options for vegetarians, which are really delicious. This is a pet friendly place and we will definitely be back. The locals boasted of live music on the weekend as well and it definitely sounds like a great vibe.
Great view of the beach. All the staff were friendly. The pizzas were very tasty. The main downside was a large noisy group people arrived and spoiled the tranquility, plus we had the chase for our forgot bill.
Beautiful eco friendly, enjoyed the food too. The lower cottages are extremely cold some heaters don't work.
We had a really sweet Sunday night at Thorfynns restaurant. The food was super tasty and affordable.
In contrast to the rainy outside, the atmosphere was warm and cozy.
Our waiter was friendly, but not fast. I won't go there if I'm in a rush. Fortunately, time passed quickly while waiting thanks to the treat of live piano music played beautifully from the heart by a guy called Gabriel.
We'll definitely go back again. It's a gem!
Wonderful restaurant, lovely staff, good food and prices... great Atmosphere. Arranged a big group breakfast for us and managed everything perfectly.
Atmosphere was affected by people who are not in control of their pets. I don't have an issue with pet-friendly establishments but people must control their animals. These particular patrons were completely oblivious to the fact that their Great Dane was sniffing on our table begging for food, and the other dog they had was barking its head off at other (mannered) dogs. Unacceptable. Waiters should keep an eye out for that kind of thing or put stricter rules in place. Other than that, we had a lovely evening.
Good experience. Warm, friendly service. Good food. Lovely location. We dined near the fireplace. We'll be back!

Nice gem of a location…had beef curry really enjoyed it… service was a bit slow, it was explained change of staff in the afternoon shift, beautiful views of noordhoek beach..no music, maybe could consider music to add to the atmosphere

Great food, amazing view😍 Roaming of dogs at the table seriously off putting, especially since I am allergic to them. There was hordes of them at our tables👎👎👎👎

This is the restaurant in the Monkey Valley Resort. It's a very nice, open space and absolutely perfect for events. The menu offers a good variety but not too much and it is quite affordable. The food is tasty and well delivered and the service is very warm and pleasant.
Great view, the best one can get from any restaurant onto Noordhoek beach.
Lots of outside seating, good service and surprisingly reasonable prices make this a really nice experience.
