Lovely cosy place, lovely food. I'm always delighted and satisfied every time I come here. The staff are warm and welcoming as well, and even picked up something I dropped and returned it to me. Cliché, I know, but always a good sign.
Quaint cafe with a great selection of vegan and gluten free friendly options for dine in or takeaway via their grocer section, highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful place for a healthy breakfast. They have amazing vegan options and even though it was quite busy during our visit the staff was super friendly, fast and had a great knowlodge about vegan food. Definitely our new favourite breakfast spot.

Wildsprout is arguably the best breakfast spot in Cape Town! There are a variety of healthy, DELICIOUS, and quality dishes on the menu (and all reasonably priced too). The service staff are friendly and efficient. There’s outside and inside seating, with a lovely fresh-food shop situated at the back
Such a great eatery if you have to cater for different dietary restrictions. Our vegan friends loved the menu and the food was delicious. Portion sizes could be bigger for the price but overall a lovely experience. The desserts are too die for!

Unfortunately the service was a bit of a let down hopefully it was just an off day because of some electricity issues but we were really happy with the food.

Great Truth coffee and a good selection of cakes and sweets that are refined sugar free. Salted caramel balls are definitely a favourite.
What a great place! They have a great selection of food, smoothies and drinks to choose from. They cater for all dietary requirements too. They also sell their own homemade nut butters, which are so much cheaper than those you buy in regular health stores. They also have a section where you can dish
Great service, decor, atmosphere, nice selection of vegan food options at the café and the market. Had a very good toastie and smoothie. Will happily return.

We absolutely loved this place - the decor, the vibe, the food... Everything was amazing, catering to every need! And the deli shop is adorable too! A real gem !

Only 4 stars because I found the juices just a little bit on the pricey side. Over R100 for 2 orange juices seems a little bit too much, but was freshly squeezed and very refreshing.
