Went to grab a quick bite to eat at the Bakery and eatery after an exhausting morning. The cafe was a bit understaffed, so the food took a bit long to arrive. But that was not a deal breaker: our friendly and bubbly waitress got the restaurant an extra star because of her great personality.

Great venue for breakfast or lunch with a good variety of food and beverage options and reasonable prices. Ample underground parking, which is great for a place in town.
Never was sure what to get at Knead as a vegetarian, there are a lot of options but everything I chose was average and I would always choose something different. But the other day we went and I found the Falafel Tacos. And damn. They were absolutely amazing. The photo says it all. Tasted super fresh

This branch is so great. I sometimes go here after gym and they always remember me.
They have really delicious breakfast specials up until about 8.30am. Their usual menu is just as great and, to be honest, my favourite coffee in Cape Town is from Knead as it is always strong and flavourful.
Unfortunately kloof street knead is superior. But food still being great and cozy.

Great eggs Benedict. Good service. Decent coffee (though not the best in the area). Good quality and selection of breads. Can be a bit slow to get your order if you come in a large group - depends in their load.
