Simply Asia waterfront is always busy so you have to wait quite a bit but it is worth it. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They only have a few seats that belongs to them and that is a problem as the communal seating is never enough either. The food is always nice and hot, fresh and delicious.

This is my first time trying out Thai food and I really like it. The flavors are strong and it’s perfectly done. But the orders were taking long like 30 mins or so but everything else was okay

This is the only Simply Asia place that I have been to. The ordering experience was a bit strange as I needed to look for a pamphlet that was the complete menu of what could be ordered. The food took 30 mins to be ready. This is not expected for a restaurant in a food court. However, I went to another store to kill time but when I returned and asked If my order was ready and maybe I missed it, serve responded with "Just wait I haven't called anyone", not rude but not welcoming either as she didn't even want to check or hear my order number. However when I got the food, it was very delicious. The food here is really good, it's the customer service and speed of kitchen that needs to improve.

I came here during office hours... my meal 504 took 5 minutes with fresh produce as you can see everything is made in display. only take away dishes are given and you can sit in. during weekends it is too packed so call 20 minutes in advance. service is excellent. clean

I was doubtful considering past reviews, but the portion size was good for the price and it came with just enough veg. Flavour was nice. The only downside was the long wait time.

First time buying anything from the franchise. Bought (235) chicken noodle dish. It was great. Reasonable waiting time, while you see them prepare the dishes. Friendly service.

I have always been a lover of good tasty noodles I know for certain whenever I come to Simply Asia the service will be excellent and the food even more so. will recommend this restaurant to any one who enjoys a flavorful and filling meal any day. The noodles I had were on point. Love the chicken and vegetable meals.

I ate a lot in Simply Asia while in cape town short visit on 2018 but I still miss the taste. Your food is awesome. Pad Thai chicken spicy was my fav.

Jennifer helped me place an order for a large group (nearly 30 people) and correspondence was fantastic and quick, food was delicious and prepared on time. It's very difficult to make so many people happy with one order but they did it, thank you.

OK, so I'm a big fan of the typical Pad See Ew noodles, which are most often flat but large soy noodles with broccoli or other vegetables and shrimp or chicken. So this is what I ordered. I can't complain about the taste, which was good, but the noodles were definitely not Pad See Ew noodles but regular spaghetti-like Thai noodles, a real bummer. Other than that, not much to say about the place, it's your typical fast food Thai noodles joint.

Still my favourite place to get noodles. The medium 514 will always be my favourite. Although, a pro tip would be to swap the onions out and replace it with broccoli. So good!

So this isnt the first time I'm having the Prawn Spring rolls, but my review is just to raise concern as generally a spring roll is filled with vegetables and whatever else is in it, in this case prawns. Today, I ordered one portion and inside was a prawn and one carrot. Now, I've ordered this before, and usually you'd get some cabbage, carrots and variation of other veg besides the prawn. Not today. And for R54 it's ridiculous.

Spoilt food.<br/><br/>We ordered for item number 316. Khao Phad Phong Khari. When the food arrived, we found that the chicken had some spoilt taste. It felt little sticky in the mouth when bitten and was giving a sour taste too. For the first time i had to throw the entire food in the trash as it was given. Then i had to settle for a pizza from another joint. Pls avoid this place for thai food.

We decided to pop in at simply Asia (even though I hate food courts) this branch is substantially better than the ones I usually visit in the southern suburbs. The food arrived quickly, and was really tasty. We enjoyed ourselves

Have tried Tom Yum soup and Non-veg Noodles. Non-veg noodle tastes better with chicken and cashew. On weekends its difficult to ind a place in foodcourt

My love for Simply Asia is slowly fading. Ordered a 514 with no veg only to come home and see that there is veg and no cashews after repeating my order thrice to the waiter. Wouldn't recommend that branch.
