Absolutely fantastic experience. Delicious hamburgers and very friendly staff xxx

Love this place. Food is great and well priced. There was a limited menu available on the day I went. Staff are friendly but could maybe do with more staff during an event to ensure faster turnaround time of service. Also recommended that bar is stocked up with all products before an event to avoid informing clients that certain drinks are not avail due to short stock. On the whole would highly recommend. Would love to go back and experience the brunch menu.

Amazing venue …with great interior ,a coffeeshop ,restaurant ,tatoo shop ,bar and restaurant on-site .. Just love it ❤️

The restaurant has a very American punk vibe to it, with a 70's style theme, not to mention the Pontiac standing in one corner! The burger literally has to be the biggest one I've eaten, and it definitely didn't disappoint. I would definitely recommend for a casual vibe rather than a date night

Delicious food. great music

Decent burgers, the patties are really good. Very chilled atmosphere. Great vibe.

What a unique experience! It's such a kiff space, friendly staff and really delicious homemade burgers! There's a tattoo place upstairs, a hairdresser, and the diner, really eclectic style and vintage decor, stunning leather bags for sale as well. A true little hidden gem!! Well worth the visit.

On atmosphere won't say it's bad but am used to watch the waves while am dinning but the place is quite good

Saturday was epic. First time and definitely not the last. What a vibe...What a joll... See you for the Final.

Great burgers, great chips, great atmosphere, great service! <br/>We enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back, thank you for creating this beautiful creative space.

Great chilli poppers and burgers

This place has a real classic bar vibe. It's a bit hard t find but once you d manage to get in you find a retro bar with classic styling and a fun aesthetic. The drinks are reasonably priced and the selection of cocktails is pretty wide. The food is as wide in variety but you won't be complaining. The key to this spot is ding something simply but well.

The music was so annoying. Too loud. The good was very tasty though and staff was so friendly. Great service. <br/>(Xxxxxxx filling the characters)

Always awesome coming in for a burger and a beer! Delicious burgers, awesome staff and the venue is Great! A quick takeaway is also always a treat! Thanks Three Feathers!

a diner with a great atmosphere, pleasant and professional staff, awesome cars and - surprisingly for a place with a short and traditional menu - the veggie burger was excellent<br/>

First time my fiancé and I tried this place even though we've been wanting to try it for the longest time since we saw it on the Entertainer. We played pool before we ordered our food since the vibe was so chilled and continued playing before our food came. The burgers were truly amazing, soft buns and juicy patties with a great ambience made this place one of our top burger joints. Overall highly recommend to anyone wanting a funky vibe with a chilled atmosphere and scrumptious food.

Not impressed. Granted we were a large group (more than 15 people), the order obviously took a while. I ordered the plain burger (I want to taste the meat and not the toppings) and it was beyond bland and over cooked. <br/><br/>Those around me however were enjoying their burgers - some quite enormous looking. The onion rings also seemed to be really popular. And the milkshakes got stellar reviews. <br/><br/>The area is .... dodgy... the restaurant itself is quite quirky - with motorcycles and vintage cars parked like it's a showroom floor.<br/><br/>Given I was not a fan, I gifted all my Entertainer vouchers to the group - there are better places to have burgers in Cape Town.

I absolutely love Three Feathers with their friendly staff (Tarryn) and spectacular burgers and chips, with massive portions. <br/><br/>The mustang burger is definitely a winner!

Food: the chips were absolutely delicious. Couldn't stop eating them! The burgers are very big and most of the group loved theirs. The veggie burgers were okay, they just tended to fall to pieces and weren't particularly flavoursome. <br/>Decor: the decor is really cool. Old muscle cars and interesting things wherever you look. I loved all the graffiti across the walls. You can also play pool while you wait for food. <br/>Location: The location isn't great, it's down a side road by the Biscuit Mill. Not somewhere I'd like to walk alone. Ladies I recommend parking right in front of the restaurant or going in a group. <br/>Service: the waitress was very friendly and helpful. There was only one chef so I'd imagine on busy nights there might be a bit of a wait for food.
Claire
The portions are HUGE and the burgers delicious - not quite fine dining but an awesome Saturday afternoon lunch spot. I recommend the GTO for a cheese burger done right.
Jenni
Great place for a burger night, nice set up and spacious. The burgers were yum! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. You can easily spend a night away there if you go early. There's a pool table if you keen for that.
Natalie
Lazy Saturday midmorning found us here.<br/>Between the open mic sessions, craft beer and out of this world burgers it was definitely a winner!!!<br/>Can recommend the mustang burger 🍔
Andrea Lauren Kraak
Haven't had a chance to eat here yet, just took a walk through to get to the market on the other side. What a beautiful restaurant, from the old cars to the artwork and decor ! We didn't even sit but we were still greeted and treated like paying customers which was really nice, thank you. Everything about it is spectacular and I can't wait to try the food.
Tracy-lee Splinter
Definitely one of my top 5 burger joints.<br/>I orders the cheese burger with mushroom sauce on the side and my fiancé had the true American burger. <br/>The patty of the burger is perfectly cooked and juicy. And even though the burger is HUGE, every bite has the same amount of toppings and flavour. Something so simple as their chips taste great and even better with the mayo sauce they have. <br/>Great value for money. <br/>The setting is really cool with old muscle cars standing outside and sometimes inside. There is open mic entertainment on a Saturday midday which makes the experience quite fun. <br/>The staff are all so friendly and efficient. We were even remembered by the waiter which was a surprise because today was only our second time there. <br/><br/><br/>

Went with a friend to Biscuit Mill and did not want to stand in the line at the ATM so popped into Three Feathers just down the road. Did not expect anything, but in the end got this massive juicy burger with everything on it that my heart disired. I enjoyed the food and the vibe, they will see me again!
Marcus Christiansen
The interior and vibe is still pretty much the same from when it was the Nob. The burgers are relatively cheap and you still get quite a lot of food.<br/><br/>Only downside, to me, is that it's extremely quiet due to it being so hidden away. This place1 is way underrated and certainly deserves more customers.

Always on the lookout for a great burger, my wife and I looked through Zomato to see what we could try close to our work location. Surprisingly, Three Feathers has a good combination of old school decor, muscle car influence and eclectic and funky relaxed atmosphere. The service was first class and fueled with enthusiasm however the burgers are just next level. Undoubtedly my favourite burger since I can remember and the seasoning on the chips is superb. If you love a great burger, then this is definitely for you. Top drawer.

Burgers for brunch this morning. Cool decor and such a fun environment. 5/5 for the service from the moment we walked in. We were even offered a full breakfast which wasn't on the menu. I had the Charger burger ,it was so yummy. Can also enjoy a round of pool while you wait. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a good burger.
Crystal Espin
Such a great little spot! Love the vintage cars and the laid back decor. The food was pretty good too. I had a breakfast bun - a great way to start a Saturday! If it's different you want then you can't go wrong with this Woodstock spot. Hidden behind an antiques stores, Three Feathers is quite literally a hidden gem.
Lukeconorbolton
When you only serve one type of food on the menu, it better be good. The three feathers definitely knows what they doing and how to make some of the most flavourful burgers that i've ever eaten. This burger is the classic, it's messy, juicy, generous and they don't give you a knife and fork so you have to get down and dirty with you hands (the only way to eat a burger). The decor is so interesting and takes you right back to being a kid and reminiscing, have a game of pool while you wait. The service is friendly and efficient and when the burger comes it's absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves a good burger and is hungry. I had the mustang and you should too.
Sruti Simon
In search of amazing burgers, we ended up at three feathers. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Their burgers were amazing, both my boyfriend and I had beef burgers and my friend had the chicken burger. We were so pleased with the food and the service as well.
Warren Ambler
I had heard many people singing praises about this place so I decided I have to go check it out. The Charger burger and chips as a complete mouthgasm and we didn't have to wait very long either. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When you done eating you can take a walk through the shop in the back if you looking for some edgy art or hipster clothing! Really awesome place all in all. I will definitely be going back.

I've only been here on weekdays but apparently it gets pretty packed on weekends and has a real biker bar vibe to it. On weekdays however, it's really quiet and hence the turnaround time between orders is good. Service is usually lackadaisical, so much so that a friend brought us our menus and pretended to take our orders (this was more fun than it was annoying). I've heard nothing but positive things from someone whose palate I somewhat trust so despite a mediocre first experience I went back and had a largely more enjoyable meal. Not the first burger joint I would recommend but within my top 10 in CT. <br/><br/>I've had the Mustang and the Camaro, both were above average but not much better than that. The chocolate milkshake just tastes like delicious chocolate milk, flavourful but not cold or thick enough.
Ryan Goodman
Unfortunately we attended on a particularly quiet wednesday night - the hip vibe alluded to by other reviewers was decidedly absent. However, the food was pretty decent without being sensational. <br/><br/>I could see this place really hopping during mid-week and weekend lunch hour. It really does have a laid back, 80s throwback feel to it.<br/><br/>
Anneke Groenewald
what a hidden gem. Amazing service<br/>The menu is very limited but such good burgers.<br/>The setting and decor is so unique and trendy.<br/>For a quick bite to eat with friends before heading out...<br/>Would suggest this place to have some events as the setting is ideal.
Raine Michel
Rude and revolting. I called the manager to complain about the "veggie burger" which turned out to be a measly few pieces of lettuce and mushrooms and she couldn't even have the decency not to talk to other people while on the call. R80 for what I received is absolute theft.
Johan Crafford
I was a first time customer and it was stunning. My burger was divine and the service was great. All staff were friendly and I will gou back as soon as possible. #win

Sjooohhhhhhh what a awesome experience. Awesome look and vibe and lekker burgers. The craft beer selection is also good and I tried some (I am not a beer drinker) . Will go back soon.:)
Peter
Such a wonderful little spot. Played some pool while drinking craft beers and chatting to other patrons. Amazingly friendly vibe and the food absolutely made the night, this is not a place to be missed out on

So sad when one makes an end of year function booking (wont mention the name but it has a number then feathers in its title), confirm it twice (yes everyone knows I am over organised) and then get told two weeks before the time that they have received a bigger group booking and we need to move ours.  To add insult to injury I was informed that because we are only 7 people we need be more accommodating and move our date.  Unfortunately school holidays are here and people are away so we are unable to move the date, never mind the fact that another activity has already been pre booked before our dinner and a whole afternoon lessons already moved to make way for our year end function.  Anyone else know of a good venue in Woodstock that CAN accommodate a small group (sorry we are only 7 people) for a meal on Thurs 10th Dec.
Lisa Botha Gibbon
What a stunning find! Great craft beers, better burgers and really good service. And I just loved the decor! Graffiti, comics, cars and bikes. Awesome. Made me smile 😊. I'll definitely be back.

Three Feathers is the best burger spot I have stumbled across in Cape Town. From the setting to the burger, it is an incredibly unique burger experience. It is set in a warehouse and has a real American "biker-boy" feel to it. The burgers tick every box of what makes a fantastic burger. It is the perfect bun and the perfect patty, merged by the best mushroom and pepper sauce you could possibly have. <br/><br/>What a place to enjoy a burger and a beer. <br/><br/>Three Feathers sets the benchmark for all burgers.

Awesome awesome place brilliant service brilliant place and service food is amazing well done it won't disappoint if you want a chill zone I think this is my 2 nd home

Easily the best burger in Cape Town. Having visited on several occasions, I tend to bring people here purely to marvel at and enjoy their amazing burgers.<br/><br/>A great atmosphere, lovely and clean air, and incredible food. I recommend the plain burger and the GTO.
Trevor Pols
Now this is my type of eating of out! From the second you walk in it is like taking a tour back in time to the 70's. A combination of the the classic cars, muscle car, motorbike, pool table all give it a garage feel which is great if you are into that type of vibe (which I most certainly am). Stared off with some craft beers then moved onto the biggest baddest burger I could find on their menu... OMG!!! There is a first time for everything and I'm hoping it won't be my last... This burger gets 10/10! Yip it is the best burger I have had to date and will definitely be returning for round two and three...

I really thought people were being dramatic about the reviews on here, but My Goodness! You have to try their burgers.<br/><br/>Also gets points for being one of the only food places in Woodstock open after 3pm on Saturday - we hunted. <br/>Service is good. Restaurant is a bit smaller and not as well lit as the page leads you to assume, get a seat outside (daytime).<br/><br/><br/>Burgers 🍔<br/>Try the Burgers<br/>( Don't forget )
Chloe Igo
I really liked Three Feathers. It really is a man cave, with a pool table, vintage car parts etc. The burgers are massive and tasty. Downside were the chips, nothing spectacular. The great music choice is also worth mentioning.
Matthew David Read Crisp
Burgers are absolutely incredible. I had the Mustang which is described as "the beast" and is a combination of the the corvette and charger burgers. The only downside bringing this down from a 5 are the chips which were not something to write home about but made up by the burger. Definitely worth a visit though!

People often ask me where they can find the best Burgers in Cape Town.. Many places have good Burgers, but only a few will make my personal list of offering the best Burgers. Three Feathers offers just that.. A no nonsense good quality Beef Burger! There are only a handful to choose from, which makes it perfect. If you are not into fancy toppings, then the Cheeseburger is a good classic. My favorite is the Charger,. Which are topped with some Jalapeno Chillies. I measure the quality of a Burger by the amount of drippings and sauce on my forearms..because that is how you eat a Burger at this place.. No need to be fancy!<br/>The interior is a real treat and just begs to be photographed. You often see people taking pics of various decor and of course their Burgers.<br/>Always had good service and a pleasure to visit..  Keep up the good work

Completely blown away by the decor here, very cool inside! I sat outside because it happened to be a sunny day for once, bad move as the waitress took a while to notice us. Once she did we were looked after fairly well. She was on deck ready to bring me a new beer just as mine were on their last sip so points there. <br/><br/>I had the camaro burger which is not my usual taste but I enjoyed every bite of the behemoth! Sadly there are not many chips served with the burger (not as little as in the photo - I had eaten one or two by then). I have to also add that the chips weren't very nice.<br/><br/>Price-wise it was ok, not hugely expensive and I think, pretty worth it. Love this place!
Warren Bernard
If you're looking for an American style diner with amazing burgers and shakes, then this is the place! All the burgers are named after muscle cars and I had the Mustang which is a combination of two different burgers with fries. The decor is uniquely themed with comic art on the walls and vintage cars placed around the venue. An amazing experience for anyone who loves this style of dining from a past era.
Jess Styles
Omg best burger of my life. Thank you Ryan Mulders for this suggestion, it was everything you said and more. Super cool vibe and really the best burgers in Cape Town! I had the Shelby and it was to die for but the boys all had some monster burgers that they really raved about (and these boys aren't too easily wowed!). We played some pool and the music was really good too. Can't wait to go back! They also have some really cool craft beers and even craft cider.

Wow. What an amazing burger joint - if you're not looking for it, you probably won't find it, but that's just all part of its charm. Three feathers is without a doubt in my top 5 burgers in Cape Town. <br/><br/>Let's just start with the decor and the vibe: when you walk in you'll feel like you're in an episode of Fast & Loud or Gas Monkey ( the BF makes me watch these shows when he gets hold of the remote) - in the very best way. There is some amazing tattoo style artwork on the walls, I don't know if this makes sense but it does in my head and I think it will if you go there too! The menu follows suit, the burgers are named after cars - the charger, GTO, Mustang etc. <br/><br/>Now onto the burgers - honestly, so tasty. The patty on its own is tasty, before any of the add-ons and sauces which is really refreshing. Usually burger places have a relatively tasteless patty which they smother in sauce to make up for it. <br/><br/>You can have any of the burgers on their menu "guido" style where it comes served on a bed of salad. While this is definitely NOT the type of place you can go to and ask for gluten free bread, this bed of salad was surprisingly good. I had the GTO - which is their house cheeseburger and I loved it. It has just the right amount of cheese, and a little bit of some kind of delicious sauce. They have a decent selection of craft beers, Bootlegger coffee and a pool table that has a drum set as a light fixture above it. <br/><br/>You have to try it for a late lunch (2:30/3) and then just park off, relax and have a few beers with your mates. Delicious burgers in a place that ups your street cred a lil bit the minute you walk in - what more could you want?

I have been dying to try Three Feathers since it was called The Knob, and my birthday seemed like the perfect excuse to try do it. <br/><br/>Me and a bunch of my friends pretty much took over half of the restaurant, being at ease in the "gone in 60 seconds" themed restaurant. <br/><br/>We all ordered burgers and craft beer, and continued chatting the afternoon away. <br/>Love the fact that you can watch your burger being prepared and it being served on a wooden board instead of a plate. Such a chilled vibe. <br/><br/>Our burgers arrived with in 20mins, and I took one look at this burger and realized, cutlery is no match for this burger. I'll have to get my hands dirty and dig in. <br/><br/>I ordered the Camero burger, and the sauce was the perfect balance of peppery mushroom. Yum yum. <br/><br/>The only thing I would like them to change is maybe more chips. Not that I was hungry, but it didn't look that much next to the burger. <br/><br/>I loved the whole afternoon, and will definitely be returning very soon.

This place just made it into my top 5 list for burgers in Cape Town. I had the GTO, which is a simple cheeseburger (always a good test for a burger place) and it was super delicious. The patty was juicy and flavourful on its own, and it wasn't drowning in cheese or sauce - the kind of unpretentious, confident burger that doesn't need any fancy additions to validate itself. I couldn't quite finish the meal, but I realllllly wanted to. (Could've been the yummy First Light beer I was sipping on). The milkshakes also looked great, but I'll save one of those for my next visit!

Hands down some of the best (and messiest) burgers in the Mother City! You know those burgers that are the size of your face and leave you with sauce practically everywhere? Yup, these are them and they're amazing! <br/><br/>For some reason their logo irritates me, but apart from that they have everything on point. The decor is super cool and you find something interesting to look at in every direction. From Jack Daniels snare drum lights above the pool table to comic book graffiti, it's hard not to wish this was your man cave at home.<br/><br/>We ordered a GTO (cheese burger) and a Corvette (bacon and egg). SO GOOD! The patty was perfect, the bun was fresh and the toppings were delicious. The chips are also amazing! <br/><br/>Service was good and the general vibe is fun and casual. Great spot to come after work for drinks or with friends for a great burger feast.
Ryan Mulders
One of the best burger spots in Cape town. I had a Camaro burger that was absolutely massive and dripping in sauce. If you love burgers you owe it to yourself to stop by at Three Feathers. The ambience is very cool and even includes a muscle car in the corner.
Jess Howard
A group of 18 of us celebrated a birthday on Tuesday night (they stayed open just for us!) <br/>The photos of the burgers on here really don't do them justice in terms of proportion. They are HUGE. Although the chips portions are indeed smaller than usual, who on earth could eat them when you have a burger the size of your face? The vibe is great and Dave and his team made us feel so welcomed, like we were old friends! Definitely a hidden gem to try out :)
MyCityByNight.co.za
Love the decor and setup here! Food is great too, bit the only let down are the fries :(<br/>The burgers are real American style diner burgers and you even get some free pinball and pool table action too!
Duane
Went to Three Feathers for lunch with Amy Brown this morning. Really great burgers and cool decor. Coffee was also above average and the staff were very helpful, I would definately recommend it, close to the best burger I have had in CT.
Chris Van Dyk
Popped in there yesterday, Fun décor, friendly service, rustic.A really good (all the trimmings), 200g cheese burger, with a very different flavour, but really nice, char grill taste.A good choice of toppings. The fresh cut chips, are few & sad...Over priced @ R80,re location, plating(a board)
Robert Gifford
Great food, burgers are super tasty but the service is a little slow. Venue is really cool and everyone is extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking.
Raine Tauber
Amazing burgers in a really relaxed environment. Very affordable for the portion size and good quality ingredients! Service was great even though there was only one server.
Lilly
10 friends, 10 kick-ass burgers! Great atmosphere, especially loved the pin ball machine and pontiac parked in the middle of the place! David, you rock! :)
Stephan Gerber
Awesome vibe! And the burgers, so tasty! Bring your A-game because these burgers aren't for sissies! Will definetly be going back!
Kyle Stroebel
Do you know what Lance Armstrong's only testicle eats? These burgers. They are super cows on steroids. I let my face hole attempt to encapsulate something called the Camaro, but barely got my teeth wide enough to get half way. Delicious, juicy and more flavour than the inside of Victoria Beckham's inner thigh. I love it. Return. Tomorrow.
Kieran Pearce
I came here for my birthday and Loved it.It really has some fun elements going on in there.i think more needs to be added to keep it going and more entertaining, but as a whole, I really enjoyed it there.<br/><br/>the burgers were huge!!
Adele Geldenhuys Koolen
Great burgers! Service superb! I had the Shelby burger and a choc shake. Delicious. Great setting and a real american diner feel to it! Highly recommended especially if you going to biscuit mill but not in the mood to fight for a seat
Liam Johannes
The burgers are amazing, the beers are amazing, you can chill and play pool until they kick you out and even then they are so nice about it...<br/>The only thing I wish is that they were open everyday! (And that I had the owner's cars)
Allan Moita
To say that this is a restaurant, is a little bit of a stretch. It's more like going over to someone you knows, friends place. You are told it's okay to come through but when you arrive, it's a little uncomfortable... Three feathers, has that kind of feel. Almost like opening up to the public isn't really what the owner wanted to do. <br/>It has only been open for 4 months, so maybe they are still finding their feet. <br/><br/>The place is however, clean and they make a great burger. The bread roll is great, with fresh ingredients. The patty was a little over spiced with pepper but other then that, it was a really good burger. Make sure you are very hungry when you try this place, the meals are big. <br/>
Tay
We had amaaaazing food here! Loved the laid back vibe and huge portions. It was called something else when we went but want to return. It's great that they offer a bun free option!
Ruvahn Crowley
Burgers are amazing! What a vibe and nothing less than awesome. Met the man in charge, what an open, friendly and full of chin wag human being. This reflects the personality of the restaurant. <br/><br/>Don't forget to bring your friends. <br/><br/>RnR.
