Part neighborhood pub, part community center, this café is my favorite thing about Cape Town. Will and Tessa are full of local knowledge and provide a warm welcome to the community. The food and drink are superb, and the view spectacular.

We popped in for lunch.
We had a selection of food, starting with a fresh caprese salad from the "grab n go" fridge, followed by pasta, bobotie (this item is an 11/10) and a toasted sandwich. Great coffee, awesome fresh juice mix, and a varied menu make this more than just a convenience stop.
The best surprise was the cost, for the kind of food served, it's great value. We will be back!

Friendly staff and a good menu for a Sunday afternoon. One of my favorite places in town to visit. Quiet and out of the city buzz. You would feel at home being there. Feels like a neighborhood pop in restaurant. Would definitely recommend to regulars in Cape Town.
Situated on the busy corner of Upper Orange Road. Outdoor and indoor section are available, so dogs are welcome to chill with their families.
Really enjoy their BLT for a lunch time meal, they offer a wide selection of breads to choose from but my favourite is the pretzel bread. Had a really tasty Chai Latte this time round too! The staff are always friendly and helpful.
Will's cafe might be my favorite cafe / deli ever 🙏. There menu has a wide variety of great foods and there breakfast menu is especially stacked with great options. The breakfast wrap, classic breakfast and eggs Benedict are delicious. The staff are extremely friendly, service is fast and there prices are great. I will definitely be returning to Will's cafe soo. What a pleasurrable experience!
Amazing place to come for breakfast, everything on the menu is made well. The service is okay though.
Wouldn't venture here on purpose but rather come if you're in the area, or if you live in the area come here for a Sunday breakfast. Don't ask why Sunday.
Incredible place, extremely friendly staff, extremely friendly owner who takes the time to meet you and ask about your day, reasonable prices and to top it off a view that takes your breath away.

By her own admission, our waitress was having an "off" day. But she was friendly, just kept forgetting things. Wide range of menu choices, fantastic healthy smoothies and great prices. Also like the fact that it's in the middle of town but out of the way.
Will's cafe is a great little neighborhood spot to have a quick cup of coffee with friends, get a bit of work done using their free wifi or enjoy an affordable and simple meal.
Have a chat with the owner Will as you shop around for your favourite deli item, freshly baked bread or some sweet treat of your choice.
The cafe also serves a selection of wine and beer. The deli offers some vegan options as well.
Pets are welcome! Especially dogs and the kind staff are always ready to offer your pup a bowl of water and a tasty dog biscuit.
The service can sometimes be a little slow but the staff are very friendly and down to earth. The food is also very reasonable for it's price point.
I recommended a sandwich, the chicken mayo is fantastic!
This was my first time visiting Will's Coffee shop. The staff are friendly and I was served quickly. The prices were reasonable and the food was good. I will definitely be going back. The coffee shop was not overly busy when I was there but there is more than enough seating both inside and out.
About the only place you can get a coffee, a meal, and an interestingly-brewed beer in what's otherwise an under-served part of Cape town's most historic suburb. Just be very careful which football teams you mention to the owner, who has brought his passion for English football from his homeland. This is a wonderful place for a sundowner as you gaze up on the sun setting on Table Mountain.
Soooo lovely. What a little gem for local people and doggos alike. The owner is super friendly and will give your doggo a treat for being cute. Pizza is yum and wine is generous. No frills, very great. Love!

I would like to reply to Amanda's comment regarding the old man drinking beer, named Will and YES he is the owner. Wow, what an observation, how clever of you, must be very intelligent.....? Is funny how quickly we make assumptions as humans but perhaps if you took some time out from your amazingly perfect incredible life (rushing all the time for money) and sit down to have a beer with the old man #owner #Will, you might actually learn something real in life that matters. But you're obviously to stuck up your own arse to learn anything new. Congratulations on figuring out the owners name is Will. That's all you'll ever know. (What a Muppet!!!)
Best breakfast and service I've ever had in Cape Town. Always a nice chilled vibe with great views of table Mountain. And if you took the time and make the effort to meet Will and perhaps join him for a beer or 2 or 3 or a bottle of wine, you'll be in great company :)
So don't be shy or judgmental like Amanda please. Life is to short!!

Well priced spot with awesome views of the mountain of your outside. Also opposite a park. Food isn't super fancy but does the job. Breakfast croissants are probably the pick of the menu.
I loved this place. Best beef burger and fresh salad ive had in long time. Wide variety on menu and excellent value for money. Can also buy well priced food in deli to take home.
