This restaurant shall be in your “MUST VISIT LIST” when in Cape Town. What a superb event! It’s definitely been one of my most incredible dining experience, not only because of the food (which is incredible), but the setting, ambience, deco, and of course having Chef Santi Louzan explaining each dish, what was behind the creation and his inspiration. The cherry on top is the wine pairing with the most exquisite South African wines, which he is also a wide connoisseur. Service was also impeccable.

We had dinner at Santi’s a couple of nights ago and it was an absolutely unforgetable experience. To have the chance to talk to him for hours, taste his incredible food, and just get to know him and a bit more of the gastronomic world was amazing. Would recommend it to everyone!! Thank you Santi 💙
