This was our number one favourite place during our stay in cape town, the service is beyond excellent, the staff is freindly and welcoming, the atmosphere was tranquil and we enjoyed every visit and every meal we had. I thought i had the best Pesto Pasta in Portofino until i tasted one from here. 🤤😍, the lamb shank was out of this world too! We will most def go back when we ho to cape town again. I cannot say enough!👌

I don’t know what they put in their dishes but they are yuuuuummmmmy!!!! The calamari was unlike anything we’d ever had and it was a breathe of fresh air. Very tasty and perfectly cooked. The chicken dish had a subtle flavor with a big wow factor upon impact. It’s so hard to describe. You really have to try it. The servers were highly attentive and the staff worked together to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed. What a wonderful place. We’ll be back for more when we return next year.

Fabulous place to have watched the rugby World Cup finals. FANTASTIC kitchen. Everything was insanely good. The vegetarian dishes are just as good as the meaty ones. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience, delicious food, each dish was great and huge portions sizes. The seafood pasta was cooked to perfection and made by the Italian owner. The calamari and cauliflower starters were exceptional, wine selection was great and service was 5 star, great recommendations and super attentive. We will be back and recommend to anyone visiting!

I had dinner here on First Thursday's in December and it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish even though the restaurant and the area was busy. We were immediately greeted upon arrival and seated (booking through Dineplan). Our waiters (more than one of them) were super attentive and efficient. Food arrived quickly and the service overall was excellent. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere with vibey music and a more mature crowd. The food overall was good, wish they had a little more variety though. The bread served with my calamari was so delicious and fresh, seems like it is baked on site. The bathrooms are unisex so ladies just be aware of that. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I would highly recommended this establishment.

Delicious chicken piccata and potatoes ❤️ + nicely spiced food. The chicken piccata was delicious and it is actually the reason I would return to this restaurant + good price quality ratio + friendly waiters - I had a gin&tonic and it was pretty good, but could’ve been a bit better. They used just a cucumber slice and nothing else to give aroma to the cocktail, but still a nice gin compared to other places in Cape Town (they use Hendricks)

Came here for dinner with the ladies. What a delicious experience. Everything looked absolutely divine, so we decided to try a bit of everything - starters, mains and dessert. The portions are incredibly generous. The pasta is freshly made by the Head Chef, so it does take some time for your main dish to arrive if you order pasta....but it is soooooo worth it. Such a great variety of food and drinks. The atmosphere is incredible and Hassan was the most amazing waiter. Love love love! Will definitely be back.

I’m obsessed with Vixi’s food & vibes 🥹 My second time visiting and it was even better than the first! We shared some Mezze for starters (calamari fritti, vixi croquetas, muhammara, za’atar bread) and it was the yummiest food. As for mains, we had a margherita pizza and the shish kebabs, and lemme tell you guys… its definitely one of the best of its kind in cape town! The lovely manager was serving us and even though there was a large corporate lunch at the tables in front of us - we were not forgotten about and got great service 🙏

Very cool atmosphere, gave a stop here on our walk to the kloof street. We enjoyed our drinks while the sun was shining to the balcony in the afternoon.

Amazing atmosphere, gorgeous decor and an unpretentious menu guaranteed to satisfy. The staff are incredibly helpful and service is top notch. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures to share (I was too busy talking!) but that's an even better reason for you to swing by and experience Vixi Social House first hand. You won't be disappointed.

The service is really friendly and sharp here. Servers have found the correct balance between engaging and intrusive. The food is well made and served with ease. Taste is good and presentation is pleasing. The open air seating is great for warm days, but not so sure about cold winter days. Not much venue parking available, and it can be awkward for wheelchair users. But on the whole, it's a pleasant experience.

What a fantastic experience. Went for dinner on Saturday evening and had the best time. Had the Garlic & Za’atar Bread for starters with hummus, a great combination and their hummus was truly amazing. Then for mains, decided to go with the Pan Grilled Calamari which was the best calamari dish I ever had - the sauce was amazing, and the portion generous. Thank you to the staff for being professional and attentive!
