Since I have found this Thai Restaurant I always come back!! Ok: i am only a take-away-guy and only once sit in BUT: The food has and is always been just so great, so authentic - just so lekker! Make sure you know how spicy you want it as medium is still spicy I would say: but then order mild ;-) IT IS JUST SO DELICIOUS!! THANK YOU! I am so happy to have found MY regular Thai Restaurant in the Atlantic Seaboard!!

Consistently delicious Thai food - I've been eating here for years. I can recommend the beef with garlic and black pepper with coconut rice on the side. The jungle curry - beef or duck is outstanding and very very hot but totally worth it. They seem to have stopped serving sushi which is a pity because The Chef's Special was amazing. The service is usually good and unobtrusive. The acoustics in the restaurant are not good and it can be exceptionally noisy which is not great if you're looking for a romantic dinner. Parking in the area can also be challenging but there's nearly always parking in the Lifestyle Centre round the corner in Kloof Street.

Cosy little Thai restaurant with incredibly delicious food! I enjoyed the ambience, family-run feel of the place. Very fast, clean, attentive. Great service overall. Tried several dishes: Chicken pad Thai, Prawns pad Thai , Stir fried chicken in black bean sauce, stir fried beef in black bean sauce. All great!!! Tastes quite authentic. Definitely recommend.

Good food, service and value. Not the fanciest Asian in town but the food is great and really reasonable. Wine list is limited so you may want to take your own or they do have Asian beer which actually pairs better with Asian food. Try the sizzling beef!

Broad menu. The duck was excellent, spring rolls perfectly cooked and the sushi was pretty good (if you aren't specifically going out for sushi). While the entrance is a bit mall-like the inside helps you forget that very quickly with a dark wood setting. Apparently the jungle curries are extremely hot but tasty. Excellent food!

Authentic Thai restaurant. The chef is Thai. Everything was full of flavor. And you can tell they use good quality ingredients. The place is small but service is good. You can order anything because I guarantee it will be delicious. My favorites are the Tom yum soup and the green chicken curry. Also fried banana for dessert.

Homey yet professional service from the staff. Very tasty food - seasoning on the heavier side for me personally. One of the fastest serving restaurants I've been to from ordering to actually getting the items. Excellently priced menu items - especially for the portion sizes that you're getting! Give them a try! 👍🏼

A friend & I went to see the movie "Green Book" & felt like some good Thai Food. We choose Sawadee for dinner an old favourite with excellent cuisine. We were met by friendly staff as usual & placed our order. I love duck & ordered the Imperial Duck, absolutely sublime to say the least, what a feast. Simply amazing food. Fast and yummy. Much much better than other more famous Asian restaurants in CPT. I go back every week. Try the Beef in Oyster sauce and Garlic Basil Chicken.

Great tasting food and the place rarely needs a reservation. The amount of menu items is a little daunting for people unfamiliar with the cuisine but the waiters are very helpful. They also serve sushi.

Very good food and even better service. Nice family run restaurant. Had the veggie egg rolls and another vegetarian dish with a little spice. Very delicious and good portions.

Amazing hidden jem! They make the most amazing curry you have ever tasted. I came back twice in one week for their golden lamb curry! A must visit :)
