Quite a good variety to choose from, and you can basically make whatever you like. The ingredients are fresh. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
Very friendly and patient service. Clean, bright and even cool decor. Extremely tasty food! Because it was our first visit we stuck to the pre created bowels. But next time we might be more adventurous. We will definitely be back!

I expected the food here to be healthy but somewhat bland and I was pleasantly surprised. The poké bowl I had was absolutely delicious and the bursts of orange flavour made it an even greater delight. I got the medium bowl with the sticky rice base just because I was trying it out and I got quite full. A true lunch time gem. ❤️
Love this place! The food is fresh, unusual and delish. The decor is uplifting and the staff are friendly. Would love some wine with my poke next time!
I order from here regularly on Uber eats, I love it so much! The ease of ordering your bowl is incredible and it always tastes amazing regardless of the combo you came up with. The branding is great and the food always arrives in pretty good shape after a bike ride.

Got the most delicious vegan poke bowl from here today. They gave so many toppings and was super filling even for the small size. Would definitely recommend for anyone even vegans.
What a great little restaurant! I had my first poke bowl here and I was extremely impressed! I chose to build my bowl which was great because I could choose everything I wanted! I love the variety of ingredients and sauces! The atmosphere is great, love the decor and the bowl was really tasty! Coming back soon!
I’ve been eating pokè from the Poké Co. for a while now , through Order In , and I’ve never been disappointed.
When I found out that they were opening a poké bar on Loop street , I was super excited . I ordered the Charlie Tuna which was incredible , and I would highly recommend this bowl to tuna lovers .
The poké bar is not only super cute✨ and definitely instagram worthy but all the ingredients taste fresh as well, poké is also a great way to get your daily recommended potion of vegetables in a delicious way , and also proves to skeptics that healthy food can be delicious .

Our trip to Poké Co was probably the most impromptu we've embarked on in a very long time. After a long day, neither of us felt like preparing dinner and so we unanimously decided we would eat out 😁
Considering that one of us had already indulged in Poké on offer at Poké Co - except through the order in app - we decided that it had been a while since we had Poké 🍛🍣🍤
The venue is on Loop street 📍and it's a well lit, all white interior space that's homey and welcoming. Perhaps because it was cold and rainy, it was rather empty when we walked in but we appreciated the quietness
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, esp re choosing any extra sauces or ingredients😄. We each got large bowls of the Leeward (with creamy togorashi salmon, edamame, pickled beetroot, avocado and toasted coconut shavings) and the Charlie Tuna (with mango, cucumber, carrot, sweet red onion and macadamia nuts) 🤤
Worth a visit!

Amazing and best poke in Cape Town. Gorgeous interior. Create your own poke bowl. But my favourite is definitely the Windward with added spicy mayo.
Absolutely delicious! Super fresh ingredients, and good quality fish 👌🏼 super tasty wasabi mayo sauce, and would highly recommend adding toasted almonds! Dreamy 🤩
The Poké Co is my absolute best. My favourites are the Leeward & the Undercurrent bowls, but have tried them all & they're all great. Such a healthy, filling & delicious meal! The new restaurant is lovely too - beautifully decorated & very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place!
Ordered a couple of times from Poke Co, had the windward and Charlie Tuna. Delicious, fresh , good portion and oh so yummy. One of my favourite spots to get Poke bowls. Love it!
From somebody who originates from Japan, this place was alright! I had a Salmon Sushi burrito and it’s unique but I must say, very plain tasting. If it wasn’t for the extra Spicy Mayo it wouldn’t have been enjoyable. The rice lacked the vinegar taste (which is the distinct taste of sushi rice). Perhaps I will be back!
It’s 30-I-don’t-know-how-many degrees outside and all I wanted for lunch was something light and refreshing. A poke bowl sounded perfect. And this place does vegan bowls too! Yay!
Unfortunately the rice was still warm. But the bowl itself was absolutely lovely.

Best Vegan Poke bowl in town! The tofu is perfectly done and not dry at all. I have tried out a lot of other places and this is my favourite. So yummy and I’ll definitely be back for more.
The Garden Gate poké bowl is a delicious vegan meal! I like it with sticky rice and the House Ponzu sauce. The toasted coconut is especially yummy. The last time I ordered, they didn't have the wakame salad in stock, so I'm hoping that will be back again soon.
The meal was lovely! All the flavours blended so well together. The portion was perfect , not too big not too small .A really nice and affordable meal to have anytime of the day.

My first time eating here and WOW WOW WOW. The set up is very relaxing, staff is friendly and bathroom is very clean. The food was amazing, so filling and full of flavour, I didn’t question a single thing in my bowl, that’s how good it was! This place will make eating healthy a piece of cake :)
Unfortunately my bowl was a bit of a mess due to Ubereats, especially the beet taking over everything, so packaging can be improved for that goal specifically, as a Poke is also visually enjoyed. Nevertheless, always a lovely and fresh tasting supper in CBD.

…. Went today for lunch. Amazingly good poke bowl. The two women working there were fabulous. They were so friendly and made an incredibly good bowl for me. I will return again on this trip.
March 2023 Update
…. Went for dinner there this evening. Poke Burrito was delicious and pretty big. Service was excellent as always. Highly recommend this place for dinner.
October 2023 Update
Wow. A good thing gets better. Landed today and decided to head to Poke Co for dinner. I did the build your own bowl. So good. They put plenty of salmon on mine. You have to go her for lunch or dinner or both.
Staff was very friendly and welcoming! I had a "build yourself bowl" and it was super delicious! Highly recommended! I choose the big size and it got my hunger fully under control.
