There is always a buzz at this Food Lovers Eatery. It is always busy and the food is really very good and very reasonably priced. It is especially busy between 12h00 -14h00, but as there are enough tills, the waiting period to pay is not very long. There is ample seating available to have your lunch at this Food Lovers Eatery. There is also enough parking bays outside to park near the Eatery.

When I saw the long queue at SARS I decided I needed to carb up before attempting to wait in line. Food Lovers served me fresh arrabiata linguine 👌 the perfect quick meal! 🍝
Also love their selection of fresh juices 🥤
They’re fairly busy with lunch-goers so opt for off peak times if you’re not in a rush.

I loooove this place. The staff is so extremely friendly and the food is always extremely fresh. This morning I got breakfast and coffee to go, Lucky the barista went out of his way to assist me paying for my breakfast at the coffee station instead of walking all the way to the main point of sale. I ended up staying and having my breakfast at the coffee station cause I was so welcomed. Day made 😊 they're also super organized and the line moves super quick!

All you can eat under one roof. Clean and well managed. Waiting time... Well, you dnt really wait.
The fish section needs a little more staff and equipment. You will wait a bit for your fish, hake, or Snoek. Early lunch is recommended or after 2 pm.
They have a variety of foods. From hot meals to sushi and sandwiches. The quarter leg a dn chips is a winner.
The sushi is lovely but pricey at times.
Variety of fruits and vegetables and a good variety of biltong and cake.
Burger and chips are up for grabs and pizzas

This place is amazing. It’s like food heaven!<br/>I’ve been here twice and yesterday I was just stunned all over again. They literally have EVERY salad you can dream of, and for fully halaal section upstairs. I made myself a DIY salad and it’s only R11.90 per 100g. Also has Rainbow Rolls (Sushi) which was R44.50 for 4pc if I remember correctly. If you going on lunch time the Queue is almost out by the entrance door but it goes extremely quick. The slight wait is well worth it.

This is a great quick lunch take-away place, especially when you want something more "healthy". You can build your own meals from a selection of premade salads and cooked hot meals or constructing your own salad from the wide selection of fresh veggies. There's a sandwich and wrap bar, with many options on offer; a burger bar, where burgers are made to order, a sushi bar and fresh fruit salad, juice and smoothie bar. The variety on offer is insanely huge! <br/><br/>The food is good, but not that special (think mass produced). So I typically go here when I am time-pressed.<br/><br/>Update: returned for their breakfast offering. Not too shabby! Waffles, flapjacks, eggs with hollandaise, frittatas, quiches and loads more on offer.

This place has food to suit anybody's taste. Only thing is that they are quite expensive. The new grill shack makes fantastic burgers. The burgers are reasonably priced.

This is my go-to-lunch-spot in Cape Town.<br/>Everything you could possibly crave - under one roof!<br/> <br/>For the early risers: full hot breakfast buffet.<br/>For the carb lovers: Sandwiches, toasties, bagels, baguettes, pizzas, pies, pastas, muffins & biscuits.<br/>For the sushi lovers: full sushi rotating bar plus chef on hand for particular persuasions - excellent sashimi too.<br/>For the meat eaters: biltong bar, bbq cuts, roasts and grills. <br/>For the leaf eaters: an enormous salad bar with at least 20 different salad daily, plus individual containers for the build-your-own picky eaters.<br/>For the deli lovers: cold meats, fish, cheeses; pate`s, salsa, dips.<br/>For the undecided: casseroles, meat loaf, baked dishes, hot veg. <br/>For the gym bunnies: full fruit salad & yoghurt buffet.<br/>For those with the munchies: dried fruit, nuts, chips, sweets, crackers. <br/>For the dieters: magazines and water.<br/>Great quality, good value for money, variety galore!

Food lover make great food and has a large variety ranging from gourmet sandwiches, pizza and freshly made pasta and sushi, to warm stews and fresh salads. My only problem is the price they charge per kilogram for the salad bar and warm foods, in my opinion R100 for a kilo is way too much. Hence the 3/5

I usually buy my lunch there, and the food is good. But the ladies at the sandwich/pizza bar could do with a smile and a dose of politeness! from here on I'll be going to the one at Hertzog Boulevard at the Cape Town Civic Centre...much better service!!

Early in town so had some of their buffet breakfast. Big variety and might be a good idea if you are in a hurry .. freshly squeezed juices etc. .. but .. The food is COLD and a let down!<br/><br/>At weighing at R100/kg you expect better!<br/><br/>At lunch times I normally eat at the pasta bar .. the pasta is good and reasonably priced!

What a great place for getting something fresh for lunch. They have everything that you could want from a massive salad bar, to a grilled meat section, a bakery and pizza place to sandwiches, a pasta station and sushi conveyor.<br/>Office workers swarm into the hive between 12 and 1:30pm.

The variety of food available is immense! Being spoilt for choice like this often leaves me with the feeling that I wouldn't be able to make a decision... Save for the fact that they have a selection of salad items, meats and pizza as well as sandwiches to choose from. All-in-all a good lunch.

What a total disappointment it was visiting this Food Lovers. We were staying at hotel nearby and popped in at about 9:30 on a Saturday morning for a quick bite to eat, probably just a ready made sandwich, before we ventured out to begin our day in the wine route. <br/><br/>Considering they open at 7 we were shocked to see nothing, and I mean nothing on their shelves. It was actually embarrassing, it looked like they had been robbed of all their food and staff. Sadly we had to go to Vida next door, where we enjoyed their delicious food which actually existed. <br/><br/>What a dissapointment. Never again.

Definitely the place I go to most often due to its proximity to my office it offers a wide range of weigh and pay salads, packaged sandwiches and wraps, a comprehensive bakery, pizza by the slice and fresh fruit and veg. The prices are reasonable and it is very busy between 12pm and 1:30pm where I avoid it if I can due to the lines for the tills that snake all the way to the back of the shop every day! Very popular eatery.
