Love this golf club. The views are stunning. Public is welcome so it's great to sit and have sundowners overlooking St Francis and the bay. They also have a great restaurant. Just a pity they have now enclosed the outside deck. It's a bit claustrophobic being closed in.

What an amazing course. Staff all super friendly, helpful and efficient.
Greens were VERY fast!
Really beautiful though. Will definitely be back
I Had to keep my 17 month old busy for 5 hours while daddy was playing golf. I was so nervous but the club house is very kid friendly and staff really made me feel at home. We had such a special time bonding at St Francis Links, can't wait to go back.
Difficult but pretty course. R1100 for green fees and a cart seat, so a little pricey, but guess it's to be expected for the 4th highest rated course in SA. Obviously try and choose a day to go play when it's NOT windy.
Played mid April with my husband and we really enjoyed walking and playing the course. Beautiful views, challenging but lovely lay-out, friendly staff and the course was in great condition. Tee time was for about 8:30 so we had a tasty relaxing breakfast waiting for the fog to lift. Starter was friendly although he suggested that my husband play from the blues, without asking his handicap (12). He meant well but probably best to ask someone’s handicap before giving suggestions. Would advise an early tee time to avoid the winds that normally pick up later in the morning/early afternoon. We were very lucky - virtually no wind for us but we did hear stories from locals. The club and course are really nice so leave enough time for a meal either before or after the round. Thanks to everyone on the St. Francis team - a great day out!
Very good course in superb conditions!
I love playing the course, even if it's sometimes a bit frustrating 😤
But if you are strong enough, you'll enjoy the nice course and the tremendous views.
So blessed to have had the opportunity to play golf there. Fantastic course - challenging but so so worth it. Lovely staff. Just loved the whole experience!
Such a challenging course. 40km winds really make you think about every shot.
Attended my friends wedding here, the venue is breathtaking. The food and drinks were 10/10. Beautiful venue with an amazing view all round.
What a lovely clubhouse.
The food is phenomenal and the view is amazing.
Amazing will be back,,,well laid out and in terrific condition...play in the morning the wind pumps in the afternoon
Great accomodation beautiful golf course just tough with the wind
The links golf course is top rated. The restuarant and bar have great innovative menus that don't disappoint. We have been to many functions at the venue and it is top notch for weddings and corporate events. Lead by a great team you can't miss this experience. These guys are on top of their game.
This place is excellent in all aspects, from the gate guards to the reception. All the people are showing professionalism, commitment and dedication. The place is clean and tidy. There is hospitality in your place. Thank you so much for such a warm welcome.
Update: Had a phenominal evening with The Radio Kalahari Orkes and an inspiring mid day session with Bottomless Coffee in the space of a week. Had the Panko Calamari BOTH times....nuff said about how good and tender it is. Thank you The Links for our dining and entertainment pleasure. (Kleine Zalse Chenin Blanc ran out of stock.... :-( ) Two wonderful inspiring bands in less than a week...THANK YOU The Links and thanks Eugenie for rescuing my jewellery from under the floorboards (a totally different story altogether). About Radio Kalahari Orkes....DONT download the CD from itunes, they are old by about 8yrs. Watch them LIVE to appreciate how a band develops, the freestyle rifts were amazeballs, they should have recorded that live session...Kwaai en JAAAAAAAAAA! About Bottomless Coffee.....ek raak nou knorrig sonder my bottomless coffee...voice like an angel Este has and wonderfully complimented by hubster moering the drums, left toe, right toe, knocked himself almost out on the mike, danced on tables, can't restrain that man's energy and thank you lord for ditching the excel spreadsheets my bra, for that we thank you. Had a lovely evening at the clubhouse listening to the sounds of Watershed - a voice like honey over gravel - loved it. This is a band that sounds really really good live and is definitely worth seeing and hearing. So much fun, 2hrs felt like 1 minute standing in the rain falling sideways
Happy Valentine❣️
On February 14th we are going to St. Francis to have a look at the much praised links golf course.
More by accident i met JEFF the manager not knowing that this is it.
He was immensely polite accomodating us for and he organized us an almost impossible tee time for the following weekend and gave us a small sightseeing tour in the cart over the beautiful golf course, just saying : “Happy Valentine❣️”
My husband and I are traveling through South Africa for six weeks and we are enthusiastic about so much much friendliness and affection.
Thank you very much dear Jeff!

Really enjoyed the experience - thank you
This clubhouse has a beautiful view of st Francis Bay. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
We stopped in for some breakfast and really enjoyed the oats and eggs Benedict.
If your a fan of strong coffee this is a must. I love their coffee!
If you're in the area I would recommend this place for a meal or just a coffee or drink on the balcony.
