Lovely staff.
The food was very nice, good quality.
Suitable if you have kids or going out for a casual date.
Very pleasant and relaxing visiting for a Sunday lunch , beautiful view and music , food was well presented and we enjoyed, service very professional, thought the view was for free , but was not so when I got the bill , quite pricey ๐
Excellent little place in the heart of camps bay. Went there for breakfast. The food is unique , staff is amazing and the view is to die for. Loved it and would definitely visit when in Camps Bay again.
Really nice restaurant, overlooking Camps bay beach โฑ๐๐ฝ - excellent at sunset with its outdoor meets indoor design... ๐

If you're lucky enough to be seated on one of the white high chairs overlooking the ocean, you may also be lucky enough to have a vantage point of performances by all manner of acrobats, artists and performers ๐๐พ๐บ๐พ
a really comfortable chic place with great ambience, very friendly staff and really good quality food; we love their burger selections, with either normal fries or sweet potato fries ๐๐.
Their pastry & cake collection are fresh and moist, great after a hearty meal. Highly recommend with a pot of Rooibos tea- have it unsweetened to appreciate the Rooibos plant's flavor โ๏ธ, alternatively order some local bubbly ๐ฅ and enjoy as the wind blows lightly as the sun slowly sets over the Atlantic Ocean ๐
*TIP: if possible arrive in the early afternoon (around 4pm) to get yourself the best seat in the house for a sunset of a lifetime, ensure the phones are charged & cameras are ready ๐ท๐ฑ
Reservations aren't usually needed.... enjoy!
The view is fantastic! And our waiter was excellent, friendly, funny and attentive. I had the kale salad which was as good as raw kale can taste I guess. I will be back to try something cooked!
Our first visit to the franchise. We opted for breakfast and seeing it's a bakery, indulged in some pastry based breakfast. Ricotta hot cakes with honeycomb, french toast and a cheese toastie. Yum!
Unsurprisingly amazing place. The salmon fish cakes were DIVINE. Better than Tasha's and quite reasonably priced. Service was quick and the cafe has a nice vibe to it.
I am so glad that Camps Bay finally has a bunch of new places to eat. This place is great for a quick delicious breaky and great coffee to go with it.
Lovely restaurant with a beautiful view to go with it. The service was great with everyone being very friendly and helpful even though the restaurant is full. The drinks menu also has a lot to offer. The burger was offered on recommendation and the sandwich as well. Will be coming back!
Lunch with a view :)
Saturday a friend and I took the beautiful scenic route out to Camps Bay. We found ourselves having lunch at La Bella. What a treat!
The staff are friendly and accommodating. The menu has a beautiful variety. Both of us chose to have the Chicken Burger. What a delicious suprise. Amazing flavour combination with mustard, feta and a grilled chicken breast. I am not personally a fan of fries, however, the chef managed to win me over. Shoestring fries that is not oily, but crispy and a lovely rosemary salt.
The atmosphere was interrupted by someone smoking on the deck in front of La Belle, but I am happy to report that this was promptly dealt with.
To the dog lovers out there, your precious pooch is also welcome here.
Nice location on the first floor with an excelent view to camps bay beach. Ate the chicken and brie sandwish and it was good altought I didnt quite felt the brie in it. The chicken was nicely cooked and the mustard sauce with the seeds was delishious. Also, they have a good variety of bread. To drink I ordered a cranberry ice tea and it was really good and fresh.
We decided to have a few drinks after spending some time at the beach and la belle has a beautiful view of camps bay, perfect to watch the sunset. I love the decor of the place. Really fresh and beachy with wooden tables and chairs and fresh flowers at each table. They also had really great music playing, which really added to the vibe.
The service was excellent. Although a bit pricey we decided to go for the pimms cocktail. It was super refreshing and delicious, topped with slices of cucumber and green apple. We didn't have anything to eat but the vibe was great and I'd be happy to return.
Nice location. Waiters friendly and attentive. No complaints. Just the prices are Caps Bay style and stop me from going there more often. A while ago they used to provide super fast wifi but stopped.
We started off our morning, with a ladies breakfast at La belle in Camps Bay. It definitely has one of the most scenic settings on the strip and the interior of the Bistro was just as beautiful. Between the three of us, we ordered the omelette with Prosciutto and chives, an omelette with 3 cheeses and spring onion, and banana bliss smoothie and earl Grey tea. The food arrived promptly and although it was tasty, the meals were slightly overpriced, especially for breakfast. Overall our experience was pleasant, and we would return again...but maybe next time for coffee and cake
Camps Bay is the perfect spot for Sunday lunch, if the weather permits and La Belle has the view to top it off.
This wasn't our first choice but with most places being fully booked, we decided to try something new. The service was good - our waitress was very friendly.
I found that the food was quite pricy, and the menu is limited. I shared the vegetarian penne. It wasn't flavored very well but the portion was a reasonable size. I also found that my Berry and White Chocolate milkshake was quite milky. My friend enjoyed the fish and said that it had been made well. I do think that they could improve on their food. The presentation however, was good.
A beautiful spot. Having visited the Constantia one numerous times this one didn't disappoint. As with the whole Kove Collection, the service could be improved on but the interior is beautiful, the food delicious, and the selection of pastries great.
Delicious breakfast. Can really recommend the French toast, the omelette and hot cakes. Great hot chocolate and cappuccino too. Awesome area with great view.
Beautiful setting overlooking the beach. The interior is also very nice. The cappuchinno was too hot, burnt. The fish cake was average and seem to lack a bit of flavour. The rare roast beef sandwich was dry and needed a bit more sauce. The setting made up for the disappointment in the food.
A restaurant with a nice ocean view. English breakfast, croissant, fresh fruit platter, ricotta hotcakesโeverything was a step above and we all were pleased with our breakfast. We had courteous and efficient service. Cappuccinos were small but very good. It was a pricy breakfast but a good splurge.
Lovely little place, great view and great food but the service was questionable and the waiter was super moody, perhaps he was angry he had an early shift on New Year's Day. Shame
Popped in for a quick cake on Christmas day. Place was packed to capacity but Decent noticed us ( we should take him to The Grand -story for another day) and gave us the option of sitting at the long table or the bar. We opted for the latter. Great guys at the bar. I think the one is Yasin could be spelling it wrong but he made me fall in love with sitting at the bar! Very chilled fellow looked after us. Made me a great chai latte.
Mitchelle our waiter was sweet too. I liked her. Very warm and welcoming.
The chocolate fondant was divine. Cheesecake equally good! Pity the carrot cake was sold out.
See u folks soon! And yes l will be in my running shoes #adidas #nicelifeproblems#fitgirls #questfortheperfectcheesecake continues
Beautiful views, stunning food and fantastic coffee. A bit more pricey as a brekkie spot, so we save this for treat dates. :). The blueberry pancakes are amazing. :). ย When we went there for my birthday breakfast our order did get lost, so we did have to wait quite a while for our food. But, the manager did come and apologise to us for the wait.
What an amazing spot. La Belle Bistro's food is ridiculously delicious and you are high enough to enjoy a view of the sea, sans traffic! The service is just incredibly slow, but I guess thats the vibe in CT. Had the garlic mussels and licked the plate clean. Great mocktails without all the sugar. Also scrumptiously looking desserts. Cant wait to go back.
La Belle has the most stunning view of Camps Bay beach! We had possibly one of the best Cosmopolitan cocktails here so I highly recommend stopping here for a Cosmo! I ate the pork belly which was good and my friend has the chicken burger which she said was a bit spicy but very tasty! Our waiter was very friendly and we enjoyed a good meal with an amazing view!
Wine and dine while enjoying the view of the beach...sounds amazing right??!! This restaurant is perfect for a girls outing. I had the la belle beef burger with the most delicious mushroom sauce. Classic favourite.
Today, we decided to try a new place in camps bay where we can enjoy the lovely spring weather and we chose La Bella which enjoys an exceptional location on the promenade. The service was excellent, smiling and willing to help. The drinks were deliciously refreshing and the food was heavenly. I am looking forward to our next visit.
Tag-team service accompanied by the captivatingly voluptuous views which are Camps Bay beach, leave this venue as a prime spot for a cake and coctail on any given Sunday
The perfect place for cake and a cocktail on a lazy Sunday afternoon in Cape Town. Great service married with beautiful views of Camps Bay Beach.
Loved this gorgeous bistro! The beer battered fish was the best fried fish I've ever had. All of their food is clearly freshly made and is so packed with flavour. Even their tomato sauce was homemade! Their fresh juices were great and very refreshing and they had a very good variety. A very nice environment and beautiful view of the beach. I was very surprised with how much I loved this find! I will say that their service is slow but the end product is worth the wait!
Went here to have a light drink and was amazed with their specialist hot chocolate! De constructed and a lot of fun to mix, added a vibe and also allowed people to choose the strength of chocolate flavour they wanted (always a lot obviously!) definitely want to come back!!
This gem is among the many eateries on the Promenade centre in Camps Bay overlooking the Atlantic waters. The decor has a very cosmopolitan look which is refreshing to the eye.
Dropped in for breakfast and their menu for brekkie is not that extensive, only 5 dishes? I ordered one of the usual suspects, Eggs Benedict, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The Parma ham is of the right dose, the muffin is very light and the eggs were made to order. The sauce as well was of the right balance. The freshly squeezed juice also didn't disappoint.
Here we go:
Ambience = 3.5. Very cosmopolitan and quite catchy. Why not if you're on Victoria Road in Camps Bay and you want to make an impression?
Food = 4. The food presentation was great and the portions of the right size. Loved the feeling of being filled without actually feeling the weight!
Service = 5. Up to scratch - the longest I waited for anything was when I was trying to figure the taste on my palate. Great!
Now, that's how you want to have your breakfast in the morning - tasty brekkie to open your day and a view to die for!
We only went here for cake and coffee. The cakes are really pretty but not really spectacular. The coffee was good. Service was a bit slow on the day. I'd like to visit again for breakfast
Came for just drinks but then ended up getting food because we saw other people eating and it looked so good! The chicken and brie sandwich was very good and all the ingredients tasted fresh. Also had the toffee apple cake which the waiter recommended--but it wasn't my favorite. The chocolate brownie, however, was incredible! It's also a great place to sit and watch the sunset on Camps Bay if you can sit on the porch!
Perfect location, good food and great service. I would recommend the fruit muesli and yogurt for breakfast.
I've tried both the burger and the roasted chicken mayo on rye for lunch and they were both great!
We stayed the night in camps bay, and decided to enjoy the sunny wintery day here in Cape Town by grabbing at bite to eat at la Belle.
We have never been there before and decided to give it a go !
It has a beautiful view of the ocean and you can sit indoors or outdoors . We decided to sit outside as the weather was playing nicely !
There's not a lot on the menu option wise , however having said that . What is on the menu is very tasty and beautifully presented !
My husband had the flap jacks with freshly squeezed orange juice and I had the French toast with freshly squeezed pear juice .
There wasn't really food dedicated for little ones aka toddlers , so it made it a bit tricky ordering for our hungry toddler ! We had to improvise with our meals.
I would love to go to La Belle again for a lunch some time.
Absolutely bliss. Fantastic breakfast, fantastic service, amazing Camps bay view. Compliments to everyone at La Belle. Our new favourite in Cape Town!!
Loved having lunch here. Awesome organic super juice menu, I often order green juices and the one i had here was one of the best!
They also have a nice tea menu from which I ordered the berry tea and enjoyed the beautiful view under a blanket :)
What an ideal location! Such a stunning view on a perfect winter's day. The organic raw juices are amazing and the prawn and avo sandwich with coriander, lime and apple is to die for! Can't wait to come back!
A restaurant like this couldn't have asked for a better location or view. With a lovely variety of breakfasts and lunches on their menu as well as some delicacies this place has become one of my favourites . Their coffee is also good and their service has maintained a good standard. Would definitely recommend.
One of the best places to people watch on the Camps Bay strip. Must try!
If you really want to get the most out of La Belle, you need to get a table on the balcony looking out across the beach. There's so much to see, you could spend hours there watching people come and go.
The food is up to standard, although the service was a little inattentive. All in all, a great new place for breakfast on the strip.
Breakfast or a simple sandwich lunch in camp Bay used to be tricky... now no more. La Belle is a great spot to sit and while away your morning watching passers by of the beach glitterati do their thin. Sit out the counter that overlooks the entrance for the best views. Most items on the menu are good tasting and great value for money (given the location). Good job

We stopped for a quick drink after a walk on the beach. The manager was very helpful in checking if I could have any of the cakes due to my nut allergy. I decided to play it safe and had a berry and white chocolate millshake, mom had the homemade ice tea. Although we didnt eat the setting is stunning with a beautiful view and the staff are helpful and friendly. Will definitely pop in for some cake next time
On Friday we visited La Belle prior to a show at Theatre on the Bay. With no prior knowledge about the restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised. The setting and atmosphere were stunning - "front row seats" on the beach, yet a bit away from the street bustle. Food and service were great. The mussels in my mussel starter could have been cleaned better. It was great to have a fair selection and a bit of variety on wines by the glass. The tuna steak for mains was excellent. A little gem we stumbled upon.
I recommend the veggie quiche from La Belle! The pastry is divine. The texture and flavour are amazing and the overall meal has left me wanting more! Beautiful restaurant, exquisite views and delicious food!
My new summer favorite! I felt transported to Ibiza with the relaxing house beats creating a very chilled and happy atmosphere. Beautiful view of camps nay beach and lovely staff. The food was delicious and reasonably priced for Camps Bay!
We love this spot, and even if only to enjoy cake and coffee, we have to pop in whenever we are in Camps Bay. Their sweet offerings are absolutely delectable!
We have often had breakfast here. The meals have always been well presented, tasty, and a more than healthy portion served! Their pancakes / flapjacks are stacked high and more than enough for two people.
There's also always relaxing ambient music playing, coupled with stunning views of the beach from an elevated perspective.
Service has never disappointed. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
Great place for breakfast, very nice customer service and food.
View is also very good as well as the decor of the restaurant.
Heya great place to eat. This is our 3rd visit in as many days.
Service is fantastic and the food so delicious. The atmosphere looking out to the water with gas & log heaters. Just the place to be on a cool wintery afternoon or evening.
Highly recommend. Wish we could come back. Flying home tomorrow.

Great service. Beautiful location. I spotted a sea lion napping nearby :)
I can still taste the carrot cake in my mouth. So moist and decadent. The icing is just perfect. Literally melts in your mouth.
The pasta is a must. The halloumi and squid were great too. Best strawberry milkshake I have ever had.
Great place, great food, great service.
Will definitely be back for more
Amazing food and experience and they kept checking up on us! So nice!
Great view and atmosphere. It's more popular for breakfast but their lunch is also amazing.
The egg Benedict is so smooth and silky and delicious. The pancakes and french toast were standard (they charged extra for the creme). The vegan carrot cake is very different but not in a bad way.
The house green salad is one of the best salads I've ever had. I ordered it with extra chicken and it was so filling and yummy.
It was a wonderful experience. We had the buttermilk chicken burger and it was good. The staff is wonderful - very friendly and down to earth. The manager that checked up on us is wonderful and relaxed and we were very impressed with her. Massive bonus is that the restaurant is dog friendly ๐พ
Great ocean view. Good vibes. Bathroom is Pristine. Loved it. Had drinks and was served by Talk more.
We loved our lunch here. The atmosphere is perfect, the view was amazing. We greatly enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The food was delicious, my husband had the hot pastrami sandwich and I had the mussels. I also enjoyed an iced coffee, the bon appetit, which was yummy. Dorthey our waitress was lovely and very accommodating, I loved speaking with her. I highly recommend.
The breakfast was delicious (had the bacon benedict). Not a big fan of their iced coffee - I had the milktart. Honestly could have done without it. The food did take some time to arrive and the inside was a bit noisy. But the food was ๐๐ฝ
The lamb chops are divine. Friendly and attentive staff.
Cosy place overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Staff are friendly and prices are reasonable considering the upmarket location. Has wheelchair access. Parking could be a little difficult on busy days but it's worth the view.
