Great menu selection. Good food. Great pizza. Friendly staff. Shout out to Mishaine and Leonette.
The atmosphere and environment is wonderful. Outside area for kids and the ducks. Busy little restaurant on payday with locals queuing up for take away pizza and others going up the tables. Interesting and quirky decor.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Hagenhuis for everybody.
Great place to stop for a warm breakfast. There is also an outdoor space for those that want to smoke and eat. We stayed inside because it was so cold.
The food and coffee were great. The only complaints I have are that it took a while for the food to come out, and that it was quite cold inside the restaurant. But both could be overlooked because it was delicious food. The service was also wonderful. Nice place to stop! They also have a little gift shop.
Special coffee shop - really enjoyed our cappuccinos! Very attentive manageress. Enjoyed our breakfast and will definitely make another pitstop when we return to Burgersdorp one day :)
Food was great. Had take aways just a pitty no serviettes was given with it ,neither some salt sachets. Nothing worse than chips without salt
Has a beautiful traditional look which gives a pleasant nostalgic feeling about the ancient times(Historic). Convenient with its by-the-road location for passersby to grab a bite or a drink on the go and has friendly personnel.
The last waitress was not friendly and very short, as in not sufficient, maybe it's her first time don't know
It was by far the most friendliest, quickest service with amazing toasted sandwiches, pizza, coffee and ICE COLD beer!!! Thank you to the staff that made us feel so at home!! Clean space, lovely garden and waiters available at the blink of an eye!
Absolutely delicious food and friendly staff. The atmosphere is wonderful. I recommend the ribs- so tender you won’t even need your knife!

Cute and quaint place with a lovely atmosphere for families especially those with kids. It has a nice charm to it with homey decor with a rich history. Biebie was our waitress. She was welcoming, served us well and was very kind. The food is delicious and there is a lot of variety. We had Pizza and milkshakes which were deliciously rich and full of flavor.

Love this very cute, quaint coffee shop and restaurant. Beautiful setting and lovely garden with duck pond and watching the wild birds having fun eating seeds and a bath in the water provided by a fountain.
