Been going to The Curry Boss since they opened in August 2015. This past Saturday we went past in the evening to get some food. Ordered the veg breyani, a lamb bunny & a kebabs & roti. Probably the best meal we've had there so far. After getting into the car, I had to run back in and get some cutlery for the drive back home as the breyani looked inviting. Nothing beats a veg breyani with fresh chopped vegetables (not that frozen diced veg). It was absolutely delicious. Got home and jumped straight onto the lamb bunny. It was generously prepared and very tasty. With a little space left, I tried some of the kebabs & roti. Dare I say the kebabs & roti might be better than my mum's! Rich chutney full of flavor and generous helping of flavorful kebabs. Well done Rickan, keep up the consistency & you will have a life-long customer.
The food is awesome and the service is excellent... portion sizes are huge... a well worth drive from Benoni to Bryanston... for the awesome lunch.... got try it... you wont be disappointed.

Absolutely favourite supper in- great value and always flavourful. Take aways and service stop in Sandton such a winner!

I had the lamb bunny chow yesterday divine and your delivery service as well on point thank you for creating a create meal for me and my collegues.
We've been in JHB for 11 years and could never find a take-away that makes homestyle Durban curry AND briyani. After eating both this afternoon, we have now found that with Curry Boss. Well done on amazing food and service. So so impressed.

Wow! Been living in Jozi for a long time now, and this is the 1st time we have had such a divine mouth watering lamb bunny we licked our fingers dry..
I do have a fussy eater for a husband but not a peep from him! Happy tummies = happy people

The lights was off and they were about to close but they put the lights on and served us with a smile and shared a few laughs plus gave us complementary soji......very very impressed, lamb breyani was a winner. Will definitely go again!!!
Literally Just ate a bunny from them now....super good. Will recommend and definitely be back again

Just had a stunning Lamb Bunny! Filled to the brim with a delicious curry! Prices are great and service is excellent! Can't wait to sample the rest of the menu!
This was by far one of the best bunnies I've had after a long search in Joburg.
The flavour of the curry and the gravy soaked bread was just perfection.
Have been back and the high standards remain, so have indeed found my bunny spot in Jozi ;-)
Pity that this place is tucked away and can easily be missed. Love the flavor and taste of their food.

brilliant chicken bunny. got a bit stuck in traffic going hom and had other things to do, so the bunnies were about 2 hours old when we finally started eating... but they make a very saucy curry for it, so the chicken was still sauced and every inch of the bread was covered in sauce. best bunny we've found in jhb so far. and the carrot salad was very nice too.
Now this is the real taste of Durban curry. Awesomeness manifested. Curry Boss thank you.
Amazing samp and mutton. Flavored right and pieces of mutton was soft. Definitely worth it! Keep it up team!

Bunny chow is very good, the gravy was not bland. The bread walls of the bunny was not dry.

Furthermore, called in to order 1 minute before the shop closed. The owner was still prepared to serve. Therefore that is considered as great customer service and the primary reason for this review.

This was the best bunny i have had in a long while. The curry was excellent, the bread was amazing, soaked all the way through with gravy yet still firm. been there 2 weeks in a row now and have not been disappointed. Really excellent service. and the place was nice and clean
Authentic indian food. Owner managed and that's why they are so successful. I have always been given fresh food. I order quite often. They pay attention to detail to all meals. Delivery service is always timeous. Try the mutton breyani - awesome. The lamb curry and rice is also and meal to try. Samosas are fantastic. :)

Wow!!! fantastic service, small menu = fresh and fast! Excellently priced. If you are after a proper Durban Curry then this is the place for you.
Some of the best Indian cuisine I've ever had. Worth the price and the delivery service offered makes it even better.
