The service Surprise , the waitress , gave us was out of this world!! The atmosphere is always great at Panarottis.

Great pizza!
We visited on a Tuesday and took advantage of the Tuesday pizza deals. Most of our group ordered pizza and were impressed, two ordered pasta and weren't so happy with the food - they described it as a bit oily.
Drink service was great but the food service was extremely slow - granted there were 10 of us but there were only 2 other tables in use in the restaurant so we felt the kitchen should easily have been able to cope.
We will definitely be back, but only 4 stars this time Panarottis

Loved this panarottis, the service was amazing, its when the waiter gives you enough space to taste and swallow before asking if everything is fine, the attention to detail and knowledge on whats on offer and the ambience makes this a must visit if you ever in at Brits Mall mind you I ate there alone and felt right at home.....

Had a good time here on an outing with the family. They have an indoor play area for the kiddies and the place is nice and safe, so you know your kids won't go missing while you eat, as there are many places to sit where anyone entering or leaving the play area has to walk past you. The overall cleanliness and quality of food was great here and we enjoyed the evening. Staff were all friendly and the wait for our food and drinks was not long at all. If you are a fan of pizza and pasta, you will not be disappointed.
