Ordered via WhatsApp , paid and then my order was prepared. I waited for less then 3 minutes and it was done. Nice and quick

Normally fast service, friendly staff and most important fresh food. I always go there and its conveniently close to home

Food is good and service, but the ambiance in the seating area is terrible with the choice of music that's been played loadly

Ordered wings for delivery and received them hot and fresh. The wings was spiced perfectly and was crunchy. Best zinger wings I have had from a KFC hands down. Well done !

I stay next to KFC Brackenfell but I buy at KFC Protea Heights due to their service and consistency for the KFC brand. Always on point.

This is much better than the one closest to us. The new look if great. The servuce here was quick and friendly.

Regular and happy customer at KFC Old Paarl Road Brackenfell. Due to load shedding, we went to KFC Kruispad, Brackenfell. Never again! Never! Chicken were burnt and<br/>oily. Smallest Double Crunch burger I've ever had. Coleslaw and mash absolute tasteless. What a let down. Shame on you KFC Kruispad!

I don’t recommend going there - last night, we bought order for family of three and received a Zinger burger that looked nothing less than two days old with brown lettuce, scrunched dried up tomato and week old bun...yuck. Needless to say, we didn’t eat it AT ALL with the hopes we could spare ourselves a trip to the doc office for food poisening! Totally disgusted with the quality of food they sell there. Will not be supporting them in the future <br/>🤭🤢🤮
