Review Nando's - Brackenfell

This Nando’s is very clean and beautiful. Food was so tasting and service was quick. Just the cashier/waiter who assisted me was not friendly and didn’t even greet nor smile. But overall it was good

Great service and the staff very Friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and has a great flavour, I'm having the hot pot with rice sjoe the heat coming thru. The wait time was minimal and wasn't too busy.

The wait was quite long at the drive through, but service was friendly and food was delicious (especially the bar one milkshake). I should have gotten lemon and herb instead of mild, because mild was still too hot for me – but that's 100% my own fault. They also have a lot of vegan en vegetarian options, which I really appreciate.

My go to branch as it is the closets in my area. They are consistent in their wait times and good quality which is great. I can’t really fault them on anything, their service is better than the bigger fast food chains. However if there was a Pedros in my area I’d probably go there simply because of Nandos premium price.

Quick service and the lady behind the counter was super friendly.

They have good staff that are very polite but sometimes keep you waiting or serve people that ordered after you first but other than that they have great food

Nando's is doing much better, I had some bad experiences but they up there game. I have lots of respect for a restaurant that ups there game if they didn't perform well. Nicely done Nando's Brackenfell.

Good Food, everything was warm and fresh, taste was excellent and didn't have to wait too long for it to come out and it was a big order too

Really enjoyed eating the chicken here. The chicken was tender, juicy and flavorful. The Peri Peri sauce was amazing. I'll be visiting again but I head home. Im planning on asking for extra peri sauce packets so I can take back to States .

Not much to say nothing standing out as great service but nothing wrong here either! Food was Nando's quality and service was ok. I will use them again and again

Made a simple take away order of Chicken livers, hotpot and festa fries. Drove all the way home because I was in a hurry. Got home and they gave the bun but not the livers. Could not drive back because I had no time.<br/><br/>Update - changes this to a 3 star coz the food was really good!

How to start, I ordered the hot chicken fillets and a portion of fries.<br/>Costing R60 ish total, I felt okay about the price because the lady told us that the portion of fillets were big.<br/><br/>When we got the box it literally looked like a kid's portion size.<br/>It was hot yes, but wasn't big or normal size at all, inside there were 5 chicken fillets the size of a thumb and that's it.<br/><br/>I got disappointed that I pay something that left me hungry afterwards.<br/>I don't really recomend it if you're hungry and want to try something nice.<br/>You can wait and do that at home, it's just plain chicken with hot sauce.

I always enjoy the food but tonight I am really disappointed in the service. When we got home the order was completely messed up. We did not receive our rice. The one wrap was supposed to be peri peri but we got mild and we explicitly asked for a chicken and cheese pita and the the lady said a pineapple pita and we said no pineapple only cheese. But no I received a pita with pineapple. <br/><br/>It really messes up ones night when we have to drive all the way back for an order they got so wrong. I would have been fine with the pineapple but not receiving a side that we paid for is definitely not okay.

Bought a whole chicken and two sides being spice rice and chips. Disappointed with the quality was like buying chicken at Checkers and rice had no flavour, chips was burnt. Not worth it to pay R200

At 37 weeks pregnant, my husband and I opted to dine in the restaurant. Received pink and raw chicken even though I had requested the chicken be well done. <br/>Informed the manager of my request of "well done" chicken and proceeded to show her my receipt stating well done. <br/>The manager offered to re-grill the chicken, however returned with burnt and charred chicken drenched in sauce.<br/>The manager, Janine, seemed clueless and did not seem to grasp the seriousness in sending out uncooked chicken to patrons. <br/><br/>

Visited this Nando's twice. Service was great and their food was good as always. Loved there kiddies meal,which was definitely worth the price as my kid got a popsicle with his meal. Definitely value for money

Been here twice. This is my first nandos though I know Nandos much earlier. The first time I was here was when I came into cape town for the first time. I remember that day very well. And this branch was also supposedly new as per my colleague who took me there on my first day after arrival. I was starving as my manager made me wait for a long time. So my colleague and myself drove to the mall and into Nandos. I was so starved I ordered for half a chicken and the usual bread. Maybe because I was starved I felt it way too delicious and satisfying.<br/><br/>The second time that is a few days ago, I went again with the same colleague and ordered for a full chicken and potato wedges. And he advised me to try the famous nandos mild and hot peri peri. Haven eaten super hot food at multiple Indian eateries in India and abroad I found the hot to be mild while the mild was tangy and like tomato chutney which I liked a lot. So I decently managed to finish off my share of the meat and wedges. It was filling lunch for both. Since I liked the mild peri peri I was planning to take. Bottle home but unfortunately they didn't have it at the counter. Either way I got it in checkers. Cheers! Planning to get some more of my colleagues and friends.

Popped into Nandos to get something to eat for the wife. The place was packed, as were all other take aways in Brackenfell. Ordered starter livers and a roll as well as half chicken. Told it would take 20 min but it took 35. Other customers were visibly irritated by long waits. Nandos chicken never disappoints and theirs didn't. The livers though lacked some sauce. I also noticed the sit down portion is a lot larger than the take away one.

Staff very friendly and service was very good. This was the first time that I used a Drive Thru Nandos in the Cape area. Really impressed. Will definitely recommend.

Not the best idea to take the Drive-tru. Order peri crusted wings - I did stress the fact that we want CRUSTED, and sadly it was not even close to crusted but closer to dusted. Will try next time to rather go into the shop and order - they might rush the drive-tru oders. Not the best Nando's we've tried thus far.<br/><br/>- You definitly proved me wrong, well done<br/>Wonderful improvement - still did not take the chance of going through the drive-tru, but the over the counter experience was much better and the order was done to perfection<br/>thank goodness

Always get great fast service at this Nando's. Usually call to collect orders. The few times that I have sat in the restaurant and ate was fantastic. Facilities are clean as well. Food is great as always. Full of flavour. Cooked perfectly.
