This is nice place. The staff is friendly and clean. They also work happily all the time and always make sure your table is clean. If I go nearby, I will visit there again.

Im not if it was a quiet afternoon. But I would definitely return to this branch. Thank you to all staff. My meal was exceptional delicious (and I order the same thing always at McDonald’s). It was noticeably freshly made, enough spicy sauce (paid extra) and mayo!!! Chicken burger and nuggets were crispy! SUPER GREAT! The staff are well trained, friendly and actually enthusiastic about their customers. Thank you to all staff making my lunch amazing! :)

This store is one of my favorites. It's always clean, and there's no funny smells like I get at other branches. The ordering system is really easy and the staff are quick in preparing the food. There's free wifi and plenty parking available.

I'm so glad that they have the Chilli Cheese Fries back on the menu

On the Morning of the 10 September 2023 I received excellent service from the staff at McDonald's Brackenfell, I wanted to surprise my family with breakfast before I went to work as they were in bed with flu so I decided to get us 3 boerie sausage mcmuffins according to me I had R150 in cash so I ordered 3 meals when I got to the paypoint windows I realized I only had R130 cash I was short with R3. 50 the cashier said I must give her the money she called her supervisor and they still assisted me... Thanku ladies u guys are awesome.

Friendly service with a smile. Food are very tasty, a cut above the most Mc Donalds I have visited in the past. Cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Thumbs up to you!

What an amazing place to settle and work throughout the day. The staff manager was amazing and helpful, the staff were amazing and the customer service was exquisite🔥 the environment is clean and safe too :)

Had a super great experience there! The restaurant was super clean and had ample covid precautions in place. Got the chilli cheese double, which is always a winner! R39 for a meal is incredibly affordable! Hoping they don’t get rid of the special any time soon! The aesthetic of the store was super great and the staff were helpful and the service was quick!

Not a place I frequent to be quite fair yet I had a coffee while waiting for an appointment elsewhere and they were the only place open. Huge compliment to the staff member who came to the car window to say they were open, 7 min before official opening time. 🙏 And also the assistance inside was better than most. A compliment to both staff and management.
