Really great outlet! Compared to most other outlets this one stood out. Clean, friendly and all round great experience! Food was fresh and hot and tasted amazing!

I loved Roman' s Pizza thick or thin base pizza. It is worth the wait. It was so tasty and good. We will definitely go back again. Their prices are good and they gave specials.
I waited bit long there as there were many orders before me. The parking bay was not available close by and I was with my 2 minor grandchildren. The parking was very dark. The shopping Centre was not safe as a result we could not use the toilets as they are in a dark corner downstairs. Scared of tho
I'm a new client to Roman's Pizza Bothasig and ordered online about an hour ago for delivery. Food was delivered on time and still warm. I would like to tell you Roman's Pizza Bothasig staff members, THAT WAS THE BEST DAMN PIZZA MY FAMILY HAS EVER EATEN. WOW, JUST WOW. DELICIOUS 😋

Staff are all very friendly, well spoken and efficient. Slightly longer wait time than I expected as a walk in customer as the shop was relatively empty when I came in at 17.30, but mainly due to their Online and Phone Orders that takes up a lot of their ord
My order was incorrect. I commend Roman's pizza bothasig for their impeccable client service, as they replaced my order immediately and left me with a free pizza pie. An affordable option for the people. Thank you for the vibe and culture!!
Lovely place and amazing pizza. However, my order got completely messed up today. I called and the owner was incredibly nice and helpful. The matter is currently being worked on.
Update: the owner lived up to his word and the matter has since been resolved.

Love pepperoni. We placed an order cos we didn't know of a new promotion. Then when we arrived had to change the order. And scour the menu. Would have liked the sales person to say, we don't have the special any longer, but we do have this... Would have saved such a lot of time
Really good service. Walk in the staff basically know my order and they ask me if its what I am there for. Food is quick. Even during peak. Dont have issues. Also very clean inside.
It's always busy. But food is always delishes. Very affordable. The perfect franchise for the area. Parking is not an issue at all. Turn around time is industry standard of 15min. However on month end when everyone got paid, it can take tad longer. Place always clean and staff clued up.
