The staff are very nice, helpful and kind. The food is great and the machines are checked when there's a problem they will put a sign on that says out of order or do not use. Also personal trainers are decent and nice to whom they are training. I don't see the trainees upset at all. Gym overall:

Very nice service. Even if I was there to claim a free smooth compliments of Vodacom Shake. The shake was expected to be sweeter with the Berry but had a more peanut butter tast. Was very nice though

I've been using this gym for more than 15 years on and off, it is a great gym, clean, the facilities is top of the log, everything is up to standard, it's a must, very popular, so if you go there during peak time you have to be patient. Service is good but they just have inconsistencies with their shakes. Very icey and watery no flavor most of the time we bought which was almost every day

Great food. Well prepared. Speedy service, now you can even use the app. The bomb seem to be the favorite amongst the trainers.

It's convenient since it's located outside the gym. The service is excellent. Their menu is broad and their product, tasty and fresh.
