It W's my first time at Panarottis, and the waiter (precious)as heavily pregnant as she is she made sure I had a wonderful experience, her customer service was top notch, she even helped suggest wht I can have as a first timer n I enjoyed my salad ,she was friendly that I felt more at home,n guess what,panarottis is my next eatery place for my oncoming outings �happy customer
We have been to 2 other branches and even though Panarottis east rand mall is always busy and like a mad house, we still enjoy the food and service there much more. Even when I just stop and order food to go, everyone very helpful and well mannered. Saucy chicken and mushroom pizza is our favourite!

The service we got was very commendable. I loved the setting and most of all the food.
We started of with some Mochochino which was absolute perfection, especially for hot chocolate lovers.👌
My favorite part was the food, the pizza was so mouthwatering and succulent 🤤

Panarottis East Rand Mall ticked all the boxes for me. We were warmly welcomed, led to our seats, treated with great respect, and I enjoyed the cleanliness of the restaurant. As for the food, what a joy! Rich flavours on every slice of pizza, while the kids enjoyed the kids combo which includes a choose of meal, soda, ice cream and a party pack. What an enjoyment for them as they also get to play under supervision.
Freshly prepared delicious pizza and I couldn't get enough of it, all the way home.

The restaurant is well maintained. The service is adequate and the prices are generally better than most places. The seating is a bit limited but we were sorted out in the end. Food is good too. I'd recommend stopping in for a quick bite and drink to reenergize your shopping journey.
