If there is one thing I love then it is a great pizza and I could eat the Colesterol pizza, probably everyday. This is great value for the prize you pay.

My favourite is the creamed mushroom sauce, order with their famous burger.
Make sure to ask your server for the specials of the day as it just might be your fav meal and you save a few rands.
Good Food, Now There Are Movies Showing(Like Those Classic Drive-In Type Places) They Show From 6pm To Round About 8pm, Nostalgic And Always Great.
We have being supporting the fire place for years, looking at it now being a kidd looking at movies at the top, I mean years back still, will always be the best of everything, well done and the service is awesome as always only thing missing is Slo Jo ice coffee then perfection at its best

Roadhouse food at roadhouse prices. Can't complain really... Good selection on menu, friendly staff, good value for money... not very healthy but hey it is a roadhouse!

One of my favorite go-to places at the end of a long week. Pickle burger and chips always goes down well. Real mince patty, chips crisped to perfection and friendly service.
Had a good time great value for money. Had the cholesterol pizza with some chips on the side, it is a fitting name for the pizza. Generous amounts of toppings and the base is perfect. For me the best part of a pizza is the following morning have the cold leftovers. The other great part of this place is the "drive in" feel that you can watch a movie while you wait for your food.
It's hard to find an old fashioned roadhouse that still exists, and has great tasting food. The Fireplace Road house delivers on this. Best toasted burgers & chips and shwarma you can get. Not only is it value for money, but it is tasty, fresh and filling . Friendly staff

Just a piece of local history. Still a pretty darn good cheese burger though. And a surprisingly extensive menu for a roadhouse. Love their big wedge chips

For a good old traditional Dagwood this is the place to go
We last ate 50 years ago thereabout, so today was the day to go check it out. It was as good as we remembered 50 years ago. Waiters great, best chips ever, and the toasted steak sandwich was amazing.
Best chips in JNB and burgers also are very good.

Amazing, the food is simply delicious and the portion size is excellent, totally worth it.
We had the Blondie and the cheeseburger, with the ribs and chips. The meals were delicious, the service was friendly and the environment was reminiscent of the roadhouses of before. Definitely a hidden gem of Gauteng.

Best burgers, pizza and milkshakes. A true gem on the east rand. Beats any fast food chain and doesn't break the bank. The service is quick, making it an ideal spot to stop for lunch or on the way home for take outs. Do not judge this book by it's cover. The location is not great but the food will definitely make up for it. As a fan of a road house, I would with full confidence say that Fireplace is the best you get.
