Batavia - Bo-Kaap - Photo album

Came here a while ago with a few of my colleagues, and everyone enjoyed their experience. For most, it was their first time, and everyone vowed to return with their friends and families. The breakfast we had was lovely, and the coffee impressive. Our waiter was really patient and helpful and served
It’s quite simple, this café is fantastic, from the food, location, service, vibe to the music playlist. It’s a MUST to VISIT this café . The menu is contemporary, and the price range is medium. Please try their wonderful Koesisters (A traditional Cape Malay treat).
Beautiful insta-worthy cafe located in the colourful Bo Kaap, an easy 5 minutes walk from central CPT. The walls are covered is stunning local art, all available for purchase. Friendly staff and beautiful decor - I real hidden gem. Most seating is inside but there are a few seats available outside.
Very cosy, awesome menu. Good vibe. The French toast is awesome. Made using sourdough and drenched in a berry sauce with nuts sprinkled over it. Kids loved it. Great service and awesome plating / presentation. Space is a problem though and you may have to wait to be seated as they don't take bookin
The food was really good, service is excellent staff are friendly and very helpful I especially love the vibe very relaxed with good background music not to loud you can actually have a conversation without shouting. The restaurant is also very clean which is uber important in my books. Your food is
The design of the restaurant caught our attention. It is so stylish and warm at the same time. Really nice staff and coffee as well.
Breakfast was ok, warm and tasty but nothing spectacular. That being said, the coffee is good - they use Deluxe coffee beans. The Koesisters are pretty good, as good as they get! A coffee and Koesister and you're all set!
Extremely good experience! It's a friendly place to have breakfast and brunch. Everything is very tasty... try the double coffee ;)
D E L I C I O U S... Looks good and tastes just as good. Reasonably priced, friendly staff, lovely venue for an intimate meal
Quaint restaurant in the heart of cbd. Only street parking and it's usually full but the food is worth it. Lovely decor inside and yummy food. Had breakfast over there. Will definitely return.
What a great find! Food is out of this world, so fresh, imaginative and tasty. Drinks and service also excellent. Highly recommended if you're in Bo Kaap, Cape Towns malay quarter
Would definitely recommend, went for breakfast and was delicious. Venue was clean and well presented, waiters were friendly. Service was a little slow but we were a big group so understandable.
This quaint little place was quite packed this morning, so we decided to brace the cold and take a seat outside. The staff were extremely warm and friendly. We got served or checked on my almost all the staff at the restaurant. Delicious food and I'll definely be going back again.
Really lovely, quaint spot in the outskirts of central Bo-Kaap. Great coffee (Deluxe) and very friendly service. They have free wifi and their food looks good but is a bit pricey - although they are in the heart of touristy Cape Town, so this makes sense.
Nice music and atmosphere, one of the staff was a bit rude, but the food was amazing! I like the neighbourhood feeling and, of course, the location.
