I had my sons birthday party there and the staff was super friendly. We also did not have to pay for cake storage, they had all the party goodies, gave us grace when we stayed longer than 2 hours and the children enjoyed themselves. The food was yummy, was surprised by the kiddies pizza it was lovel
The service was quick, we got our food in no time. I was particularly impressed by their safety feature that ensures that kids don't leave the restaurant unattended

We had a awesome time. The waitress ess excellent and on pst.judt eish yhey had kept the restaurant opened longer syncing i fod not get to order desert. Bt i guess we mudt have got there late.
Friendly staff. There's no long wait for your meals whether it's breakfast or lunch. Lots of seating place aswell, you can sit inside or out on the deck either way your meal will be enjoyable. There's also a good play area for kids. Wheel chair access if required.

I love spur but the last time I went I walked in with my 3 year old holding her happy birthday balloons and the waiter didn't even wish her a happy birthday so I'm not sure if we will be doing birthday's at Spur again
Another Spur, the food is always tasty, not fancy, but wholesome. Staff were friendly, justbwhat you would expect from this large franchise.
Service is good. Staff were very accommodating, and the play area was well enjoyed by my daughter and her friends. Had the Buffalo wings, and it tasted great. System was offline for the second time, so I could not redeem my vouchers on my card. Good overall experience.
Yesterday I decided to take my daughter to Grand Rapids Spur on the Bluff, for a fun breakfast and play in the kiddies entertainment area.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that the management had spruced up the kiddies area with some good old fashioned Arcade Machines and some other fun games to p
Busy Heritage Day breakfast but staff were very friendly & food great. For public holidays management should consider extra waiters for the number of people
