The service here is amazing, when I got here the tellers had a technical problem, but the kicthen made sure to proceed with my order..

Ordered on the app the new large chicken cram decker with a free drink and have to say well worth it the pizza was cheesy and fresh and arrived hot. Would Def recommed. I deducted a star because it said large and it was way smaller that even the normal tripple decker but nonetheless very tasty. Please keep your standards of how you make pizza for everyone that you serve.

I would just like to say to Debonairs Pizza Parow that you guys have a gem in Valerie. She has excellent customer service skills and she does her job. I had a problem and she went out of her way to make me happy. I will definitely be buying from this branch again just because of Valerie.

Tasty as always, during these trying times, rather call and order ahead of time, a 15-20 minutes is all it takes for them to make your pizza ready for collection. Quickly in to pay and off you go.

If you looking for a real good pizza with Great service well go down to Debonair's Parow Centre. Pamela was a great help and offered us amazing service. the lady that made the pizza was so awesome and made us two of the best Pizza's we have had in a long time. You can order your pizza before you arrive. The time from order to delivery is about 20 minutes. Sometimes it can be busy but the staff's efficiency normally makes the wait minimal. Pizzas are packed in proper boxes for take away.

Ordered online, never arrived, phoned to find the restaurant had closed? Stayed on the line to try speak to someone, but no one answered. Will never use again.

What an excellent branch, it's extremely well managed. We've never had a bad experience. <br/>Food is always so tasty, the delivery guys are friendly and prices are reasonable. Love your real deal options!

I give Debonairs a 1 out of 10. Poor service, takes my order but does not deliver. When I phoned to find out AN HOUR LATER about my order, they informed me they did not process my order. Pathetic.

They get 5 out of 5 for the ordering and delivery process. Used the app to place my order, which was easy and very quick. Delivery was done in just under 20 minutes and my driver was super friendly. <br/><br/>The pizza wasn't bad but I felt it was a little lacking in cheese and a little heavy on tomato base. The dessert pop-its were very pretty but not all that tasty. They were quite chewy.

The service and quality has been on the decline for a while now, but tonight it really hit bottom. Ordered the On the Double special and the pizzas were cold as they came out at different times. No process in getting pizzas into boxes and the just kept piling up. Most customers were getting upset but manager didn't care and ignored customer queries. Very disappointing. The may end up being forced to sort themselves out when Pizza Hut opens in the same centre.

Last time we will ever buy Debonairs! Dry, flavourless and chewy pizza. Don't even bother buying the sticky wings!!! Boiled chicken covered in a bland sauce.

As with franchises it's not really something to write home about but we grabbed the new Nacho Crust pizza over the weekend and boy was it good!! Service was friendly and helpful and we managed to get in and out of the place in 15 minutes.

Very slow service. The last time I got pizza from them it was very soggy and soft. The vegetables was not very fresh and dry. The Base was not properly cooked.

Terrible at taking orders over the phone or using the app. Do not use the take away service at all. The opening hours listed are incorrect also.

It is now 10:30pm. I ordered and got confirmation of my order at 8:37pm. I used the app which I have done before and loved it. Unfortunately it seems like it was a once off thing. It is now almost 2 hours later, I am tired and still have no food. I have cancelled the order as it would have been beyond cold. I am beyond irritated and now am having to sort out dinner for my husband and I at 10:30pm. I have called the managed at the Branch (Loraine) and she just said "sorry". For me this just isn't good enough.I even went as far as sending the drive a screen shot of google maps and waited outside my house!! He drove past twice at top speed on his bike??? It's a pity the app is let down by the weakest link. The pizza is now wasted - let down by poor delivery. I didn't even get the opportunity to see if the dot was red or black!!!
