It's not only at San Miguel Spur do u get great and delicious food served to you but ready to help staff and management if there is a problem dnt hesitate to speak someone is always willing to help and never let u go without help or being disappointed I must say I have being there a few times this year and everything was amazing 👏 especially now the spur birthday song 🎵 is louder and a different song its entertaining where will staff sing for u like this to make u feel special #spur thanks guys and special thanks to the manager

At this point, I feel we should have shares in Spur. I think we go too often... Our kids are teenagers and still love the burgers (well, my daughter does), and my son loves the nachos. Our foster son loves the playground & jungle gym. Overall, the atmosphere is good, many of the staff know us, and treat us like family 😉. The food is good. The bathrooms have recently been overhauled so they are looking on point again 👍🏼.

My daughter was invited for a birthday party. Enough space for kids to play. Birthday party bookings can be very busy on weekends but kids enjoy themselves

San Miguel Spur is absolutely my favorite out of all the Spur franchises. They have an fantastic out door and indoor kiddies play area. They bend over backwards to help you host your child's birthday party with little fuss but loads of fun. Thank you San Miguel Spur !

The Spur hosted a shadow shift evening. The staff were incredible with the students and Cynthia the manager was incredibly supportive to them. The play canyon staff with the little kiddies are engaging with the children and really assist in making it a fun day out for the whole family. Having both indoor and outdoor play centre options means that children can enjoy themselves in any weather. Definitely a great place to get a steak or burger and a great place to bring families with children.

Extremely tight for wheelchair users. And the action you did tonight is great and very community minded. Unfortunately staff using the disabled toilet to make phone calls is not acceptable

Currently, my local weekend breakfast spot for enjoying a great meal and coffee during loadshedding. Staff are always very welcoming and friendly, service is remarkable, and the food is always good. Even when running into a snag with an order or dissatisfaction, the management of this branch ensures immediate remediation in the most humble way! 5/5

Overall great service from this branch. Especially from our waiter, Zodwa - very friendly and gave 5 star service. Didn’t get the manager on duty’s name but she was very kind and courteous. Well done!

We had an excellent waiter. His name is Tapiwa. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Food portions very good and tasty! Will definitely return for more good food.

Huge outdoor play area for the kids. Lovely outside seating area and friendly staff make this a spur not to miss. Food is tops as always.

I tried the new Prawn & Steak meal - it was cooked to perfection. My baked potato was the best I have ever had at any Spur in the country. Thanks! Will certainly visit again.

Sunday morning breakfast was a horrible experience. Toast came out 10 mins before the food, 2 kiddies breakfast came whilst we waited for the 3rd and 2 adult breakfasts. Oily plates, greasy cutlery. All round miserable experience and an utter waste of money.

Stinking, dirty, food is crap staff are clueless and don't forget the rats and cockroaches.

The food was actually great but the service not to the same standard! Waiter was uninformed on how the new special is working and only came to ask the progress of the table when our food was almost done! The new special on Thursdays also excludes couples of two which was quite dissapointing!

Spur "manager" thinks he is special by parking in a disabled bay. There is nothing wrong with you or your kid, plenty of parking. No excuse for your behaviour

Terrible service tonight ( normally good ) , cold food and burnt bun served with my starter which is supposed to be a Bageutte ......and that after sending it back and receiving the same " bun " after the manager came to ask if all ok ....

Sorry guys you missed the mark badly my food tonight was horrid. Calamari was tough and tasted like it had been put in the oil too early and just say there soaking up the oil. My chicken wings were not cooked properly. Definitely not coming back again.
