Had a hankering for good quality Chinese food, and incredible chinese food is what I ended up with ☺️ The place is quaint and intimate, especially when the power's out. The owner is so sweet and lovely and effortlessly takes your order. 😁 Definitely going back!!

Portions sizes were healthy, quite affordable, place is clean and amazing service. Oh and the food was TASTY! Definitely going again.

Quint little establishment. Mimi, the owner looked after our group with efficient care. The staff are friendly and warm. Spring rolls are delicious! Personally I would have liked a but more vegetables with my crispy beef, but I possibly misunderstood the meal explanations. The beef in brown sauce, chicken in brown sauce and the chicken with cashew nuts were amazing! Crispy chicken quite sweet if you are not wanting it that way. Topped off with deep fried ice-cream- absolute winner!

We adore Mimi the owner who cooks like a rockstar and throws out sushi orders like a pro.. great dishes … lovely authentic Chinese food and nice atmosphere… Always enjoyable ..

Easily the best Chinese food on the Western Seaboard. I order on the Mr D app and have yet to be disappointed. Great spring rolls and awesome prawns etc. Very highly recommended if you need that Chinese fix !!!!

I was pleasantly surprised at the interior of this restaurant. The decor was nice and it had a warm feeling. The food was excellent value and delicious. The set menu for two is very good. Highly recommended if u like Chinese food.

I was an avid customer many years ago but assumed they had closed down when the Westport shopping center was under new management. I happened to go to the parklands restaurant the other day and was so happy to know that it is the same one from when I was a teenager. As you walk in, you are welcome and completely forget that you are in parklands. Always a pleasure to see the owner who is absolutely amazing in every way. Service and food are impeccable and very well priced.

We have been getting food from them for a while now and we have never had a bad meal from them, there portions are big and there prices are great. We only get from them.

What's not to like about this place? The sushi is my favorite, you honestly can't get any better. Size is decent and price is perfect for the amount. If you want to treat yourself i suggest you try this place for some amazing sushi.

This is our favourite Asian Restaurant.  The owner Mimmi will go out of her way to make sure you have great food and a pleasant evening.  Really well priced and yummy food.

A good over all asian taste, 1 of the best in its area (there aren't many to choose from), very good portion size and value for money. You should definitely give it a go if you haven't yet.

Hi information is incorrect and the menu they advertise is different.The good is awesome.The buffet is See i at present.and the sushi buffet is R159.<br/>So pop in and be spoilt and enjoy really authentic Chinese food.

WORST CHINESE FOOD EVER!!! Dont be fooled by the good reviews as i was. Spent R350 on a take away and ended up trashing all the food. May be good for those who have not travelled and experienced authentic Chinese food but this for me was terrible experience. Ordered a prawn and beef Chow mein, hot & sour soup and a sushi platter. Complete waste of money as it all went to garbage.

We normally go to Hua Lien , but thought we would try them out as they are closer, but biggest mistake ever! Food was not fresh and the servings was very small compared to Hua Lien. Definitely need to stick to my first choice !

OMG....the best Chinese food I have had in ages!! We had to wait about 40 minutes, but was totally worth it. They have a sushi and chinese buffet, which is decently priced. They have a nice seated section as well.

I love this place and they are back in Table View at Leonardo Park, near the circle at the Spar in Parklands Main Road. Phone 021 556 1996 or 076 190 3030. Their Sushi is the best, always fresh and tasty. We have not used their take aways, but it always seems in high demand. The Friday and Saturday buffet and the huge variety is a must.

Always fantastic Chinese cuisine to be had here, with friendly personal service. Salmon handrolls are the best in the Cape. Food is authentic as can be for South Africa, a personal favourite.

Oriental Cuisine first and foremost is contactable on 021 5541588.It is a shame that their number is incorrect on this site. My partner and I frequent this little hideaway on a more than regular basis. We always refer to it as "Mimi's" as the owner, Mimi is always there, hands on and has a person relationship with all of her patrons. Once one goes there once, one will forever return. We have introduced friends who have repeatedly returned from the Southern Suburbs and Sea Point. The food is consistently excellent and the place exceptionally clean. The prices are very good. Sadly the location of this little hideaway is a real white elephant. Westport Square is terribly quiet with no atmosphere whatsoever. It is far better known and used for its take aways. We enjoy it as we are always guaranteed a quiet getaway especially if we need the time to escape the hub of life or discuss anything of importance. Most of the time we are the only table especially over lunch time. The food and the service is supreme but it needs so much more exposure and support.
