The place gets very full but the staff members are well capable of taking care of the customers on time. The kids area could do with a play area rather than just video games but this might be due to an issue with space. It's very safe as the kids area has video footage playing in the restaurant and

Stopped for a quick "breakfast". The waitress was kind and cheerful. The nachos my mom and I shared were great, and the hot chocolate with marshmallow fluff on top was just as good.
The most friendly staff and if a staff member from other tables pick up your need, they help immediately! Wonderful!!

So I'm back, with an update. Spur's management was able to get a hold of me personally, to resolve matters one on one.
I must say, it surprised me that they actually followed up on my review. It's good to know, that my opinion counts & my logic of "the customer is always right" was acknowledged.
