Wonderful place to dine with friends and family, highly recommended, lovely service and amazing food, I'm specifically a fan of the pasta real good

This restaurant was recommended by the owner of Le Belle Guesthouse. A great recommendation. Food is amazing, well priced, great quality. Service is up with the best. The vibe is good too and there is a nice kids play area so that parents can unwind a bit.

Excellent restaurant, we loved the friendly and classy atmosphere, the food, especially their beef Carpaccio. It was also kid friendly with a nice play area.

The food was amazing, had to go back for the chicken Milano. The staff seem disorganized, we waited long to be served.

We had dinner at Avanti on a cold and rainy evening. The ambience was very enjoyable as were the meals we ordered. What really stood out for us was the way our waiter (Happy) and manager (Tumi) handled an issue with one of our meals. They went out of their way to rectify the issue and bent over backwards to ensure the experience did not spoil the evening for us. Thank you Happy and Tumi for your caring and professional display of customer service at its best!

It was quiet at a Monday lunchtime, but the food was delicious and a friendly waiter serving us. I would like to try out more of the menu when we get to Bloemfontein again.

Had an amazing waiter that made us a special sauce for our focaccia. And the food was great! Their cucumber gin drink is also define.

The pasta was really great! Just wish they had put some heaters on in the restaurant for a below 10 degree night! Would definitely recommend for the food, just take a jacket!

So we decided to celebrate a colleague's birthday at Avanti (2nd avenue) on Tuesday due to its good reputation. When we ordered it took forever for the food to come and it came in parts over 10 minutes to a few people at a time. The beef ravioli we ordered was mostly dry and very salty and not enjoyable at all. Two of us sent it back uneaten for the most part while the third person said he found it ok and continued to eat it. When we made our feelings known to the waiter he asked the third person if he liked and he said it was ok so then the waiter turns back to two of us and asked what the problem was. This was upsetting and when we asked for the manager at first we were ignored and right at the end the manager appeared and listens to issues then went on to explain that it's their best dish and how it is made etc and said he would compensate us which he did by giving us a R50 complimentary voucher between the two of us. Needless to say we never going there again

The best ever waiter, Tumelo at Avanti Restaurant in 2nd avenue Bloem. What an amazing person!
