Review Longhorn Grill - Bloemfontein

Tried out Longhorn and I ordered their Beef Ribs and fries and I also had their Strawberry Cheesecake. To say it was amazing is an understatement and I can’t wait to go back, again and again!

Excellent service and delicious food, perfect place to dine

Food is great, one of the better places in Bloemfontein when it comes to food and service. I'm disappointed that they never had my usual order of pork chops and had to settle for pork belly 😕 The waiter was great with fast service all the time. Value for money offered

It is absolutely one of the best restaurant experiences I've had. Travel is my job, so to find a brilliant place with a great atmosphere and excellent food and friendly and efficient staff comes few and far between. Longhorn Bloemfontein reached a new height of service and excellence for me. Well done, Longhorn.

Excellent setting, beautifully decorated, well trained and knowlegable waiters - and then the food! It was an unbelievable experience!! Marble your steak for increased fun!!

Great steaks... cooked to each persons preference

Fantastic! One of my new favorite restaurants. You have to try the cheesy garlic bread! To die for! The staff is extremely friendly and professional. And the food is very well made and presented.

Can’t say enough good things about Longhorn. It was so delicious, not pretentious and amazing service. The server was always around at the right times and super friendly. The crumbed mushroom and chateaubriand steak special were stars! I got mine with half vegetables (creamed spinach and butternut) with mashed potatoes with gravy and it was the way to go. The peri peri chicken livers was a touch on the spicy side without being overpowering. The chocolate mousse and ice cream were a nice shareable size. Tip: we brought a nice MCC and we’re charged only 30R corkage.

We were greeted by Thabang who was very friendly and created a great atmosphere from the offset. The food is great, especially the ribs, and will definitely be back for more.

Longhorn is an automatic go-to when I want to eat an exceptional steak. Their wait staff make dinner a wonderful experience, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Their spacious seating arrangements ensure that dinner feels intimate and cosy. Desserts are a must-have to round off the evening.

Fantastic service! Great atmosphere. The best onion rings I ever had. The toppings on the steak was also excellent. We both ordered medium rump and it was cooked perfectly and the quality of the steak was great. The only reason I am only giving a rating of 4 is that both steaks had a bit of a "bitter" taste, like when it is grilled on a grill that is not clean... I don't know how else to describe it as a "bitter burned" taste. But it was not so bad that we could not eat it.... I mentioned it politely to our waitress and I am sure she passed on the message. Will definately visit again.

The food was excellent and very very tasty. The steak done perfect!!! It was the second time Phillip was ower waiter, very profesional as allways. Every time i visit Bloem i will not pass the Longhorn. Such a nice, friendly feel home feeling....Thank you...

First timer wow, food was great. Will definitely go back there when we visit Bloem again. We were 4 people and everybody had compliments about the steak, soft, tender, delicious, Yummyyyy.

Was great food after our long holiday trip, we had a very friendly waitress can’t remember her name but she had short blond hair and lives on a farm just outside Bloem! Please tell her again thank you for awesome service and friendliness.

Love the atmosphere. The proffesionalism of the waiters and last but not least a very good menu with a variety of very nice and good dishes.I eat in Restaurants daily and Longhorn is one of my all time favourites!!

This was the worst Steak experience I have ever had! We ordered Sirlion on the Bone and got Clubsteaks that was uneatable and potato wedges that was overcooked and very dry.
